- Brandon| 1 replyGot a call on my cell. Guy kept telling me I had criminal charges against me and if I didn't pay him $750 he would come to my house and arrest me. He also started he would go through my stuff and sell anything of value to pay the $750. The funny thing is I'm only 15 yet this guy thinks I owe him money. I tried to tell him he had the wrong number and I was under 18.

- Tamianth replies to BrandonExtortion scammers do not care, all they want is to steal money from people. If you have a blocking app on your phone, apply it. Don't speak with him again. If you don't have a blocking app, then google free apps and see if one will work for you. If all else fails, then have your parents call the phone service provider and local LE and file a complaint, they should be able to block the number from calling you! Do tell your parents though.

http://www.cashnetusa.com/consumer-notices - Kasatra Cue-EvansI have received numerous calls from this number, stating that they have a court order in their office(never gives the name of the office or reference as to what the order is pertaining to.), the person calling identified himself as Mike Warner. Leaves the message telling me that I have 24 hours to respond. Also called my place of work asking for the address so that they can give me a court summons was allusive with the office manager and got angry when she refused to give him the address. I receive these calls off and on and always from some one different from the same number.
