I got a call from this number. It is a collection agency. They are threatening and arrogant.

Told me that they needed to get a hold of some that I don't even know.

Left a message from a "Melissa" indicating they need a particular person to call because they have information she needs to know

Got a call/message from this agency today looking for my husband. When I called back to find out who they were and what they wanted, because the message was "very urgent", I was told my husband needed to call back and they would not give me any info. When I asked the name of the company, I was hung up on.

They called a friends house looking for me and I don't even know how they got in touch with my friend!! Or even knew who my friends are!! Very wierd!

pay your bills and you wouldnt have to worry now would you?

I received a call from Conrad for someone I don't even know.  They were looking for someone involved in a legal investigation that had the same last name as myself.  When I called back to find out what it was about they hung up on me.  Then I called back a second time and they were very rude and threatening towards me.  This company needs will be reported to the attorney general and BBB.  No company should harrass innocent  individuals.

Called my a family members home and said that they needed to speak to me or my attorney that they were a law firm. When i asked if this was a collection agency the person that i spoke to was rude very hostile and threathened to persue legal action against me, he also screemed at me and said " This isn't a $8.75 an hour job, this isnt a f****** collection agency we are serious". i just told them to make sure they send what ever paperwork they needed to send to my lawyer and hung up

I received a voice mail from a "Mellisa" at this number (877-241-7414)also. She had a very panicky voice and said they were "desperately trying to reach" a particular individual regarding a "grave matter" and that either the persons or their attorney needed to contact them immediately and gave some reference number that didn't mean anything to anyone in my house...

I did try calling the number that showed up on my caller id (301-601-7244) and the voice mail said it was for a Richard Scott, but no other information was given.

The message was left very vague though... Does anyone know the company name? If half the things on this message board are true, I would say a formal complaint needs to be filed immediately!

You are stupid, I get calls all the time for someone else who had my cell phone#. Before you judge people find out the who;e story!

I got the same message today, saying they needed another family member and left the 877 number above and a court case #..  If you google it you get this message board and http://www.nccecojustice.org/nccdonate.htm . A website for a church organization.  Sounds like this is a scam to me.

My husband's brother received a call about putting him down as a reference for something. We know we did not use him as reference for anything so I called the name listed and gave the ext # they left and some  guy said this is CRA and I kept asking him what does it stand for and then he started getting angry and saying that my husband had until the morning before they send some papers in and I said to him if you are indeed a collection agency then they should know the state they are calling collection hours and then he hung up on me. SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!SCAM ARTIST
THIS IS TO SERIOUS NOT TO BE DISCUSSED / I WILL BE CONTACTING THE GOVENOR'S OFFICE IN FLORIDA. I will give this number to the State Attorney William Megg's office as well.

My parents and my in-laws both got calls from this number, and my parents just recently moved, so there is no way they would know their new number. I called them back and got yelled at, saying that I owed on a Citibank card (which I have never owned). I asked politely if they could send me some paperwork or proof of this debt and he gets very upset. He says "You'll have all the paperwork you could want when they take you to court!" I then state that I know for a fact that by law I have a right to be given notice in writing of my debt. He says "I don't have to jump through hoops for you. Now, you can either settle right now or be summoned to court!" I said that I was not in a position to settle right now. He responds by saying "Then I'll serve you tomorrow!" and hung up.

I tried calling back using the *67 trick and got a message that the number does not accept calls from people who hide their caller id information. This is a scam.

This “company” has been calling my grandparents whom I haven't seen or spoke to in 10+ years. My father finally called and told me these people are harassing my grandparents. I called and they won't give me any info until I verify my social security number. A former roommate opened several cards in my name and never paid. I have filed dispute paperwork and am still waiting for resolution. Any line of credit I ever opened has been paid in full. I'm very wary of anyone asking for my social when they can't even track me through valid means.

I asked for them to send me information in writing and can take care of it from there and I got yelled at. Gave me an address that was 9yrs old and I tried to give my new address and yelled at me even more and stated they would contact IRS. I said that's fine at least I would get info in writing and they yelled at me again saying I should have had my mail forward to my new address and they were not mailing anything. I was willing to take care of my college foolishness but all  they did was yell and say rude comments so I hung up the phone. How do they expect to get people to work with them if they treat you like trash on the phone.

These people are nasty and rude. Not sure of the company name since they never would say... But I am almost certain this is some kind of scam.
They are trying to collect a debt that has already been settled.. when I tried to explain anything to the guy (Gary Reisons, the "supposed" Boss, as he said) just wanted to be a [***] and hang up on me!
When I google the number a website to donate money to some kind of church comes up... Something is Fishy thats forsure!

My nephew was called from this number and was threaded about a credit card that was not his. A Gary Miller talked to him and said that he was with CRA and that he ( Gary Miller was the owner of CRA). He told My Nephew that he owed them $3400 Dollars and that he wanted a check by phone or a credit card # to pay the debt. My Nephew called me and asked what to do. I told him not to give them anything Personal info, bank account#, address or phone #. Nephew stated that Mr. Miller got vulger with him and made many threats to him including the IRS and freezing his assets. I told him to not call this person back and do not give out andy more information Personal or other wise.
