Our caller id displays "800 service" and than the phone number. The numbers are used alternatively. - JI got this call this morning and they told me that they are raising money for the Law Enforcement. I get a call from this number and many others for many different organization every week. Once they finally wear you down and you donate a little I think they add your name to a new "cause" list and they just keep calling and calling. So don't be gullible like me and donate because they will just keep coming after your money with a new organization and they will say they are different but they aren't. What I want to know is how do you make them stop?!?!?!?!? It doesn't help to be on the do not call list because they are supposedly a non-profit organization.
- Caller: Law Enforcement

- Paul| 1 replyhow do I stop this number from calling my house? I added my phone number to the national do not call list, but this number still keeps calling. They call like 2 times a day.
- jill replies to PaulI'm trying to figure out the same thing. They call multiple times a day and despite my requests for them to remove me from their call list, they keep calling. The person who just called me went by the name "John Edwards" and was EXTREMELY rude to me. I am doing google searches and trying to figure out who to call/email/mail in regards to this. If you find anything out, please repost. Thanks
- LouPlease stop calling I have no business with you. Your calls are disturbing my home.
- Barbara| 1 replyI have been getting calls from this number and several others constantly. I am on the do not call registry, but they still keep calling. I am a senior citizen and am getting sick and tired of getting up to check the caller-id every time someone calls. I only get about 3 or 4 personal calls a week. But, I get upward of 20 to 30 of these annoying calls EVERY week. Is there a solution to this problem?

- ErickYou might try using your "Call Block" feature to at least frustrate the caller. A lot of these calls are from a machine and no one will be on the line when you answer. They are just trying to find out when you are home and available. They probably sell this information to other marketers who can then call you when its pretty certain that you will answer. If you have the call block feature, it is my understanding that your phone will detect the incomming call from its "Call Block" memory and give the caller a busy signal and then disconnect. I question whether this might signal to the caller that your phone was busy so therefore you must be at home. Either way, I set up this feature on my phone just recently and am going to let it hang up on them. I get a lot of calls from 855-632-3124, 3125, 3126, & 3127. I blocked all four numbers but someone told me that this caller may have a lot more numbers they can use to call you and bypass your call block feature. I will find out soon enough and post my findings on this site. Good luck folks. Short of the FCC getting involved, I think we are pretty much at the mercy of these pests.
