I didn't answer and it went to voicemail after a pause a guy says "I'm tired" and hangs up...so weird sounded like an older guy

It's a call from the United States...Michigan. an auto loan company..not TD this time..

Calls twice a week at least, is a loan company in USA. Block number and dont answer.

Just answered the call from this number, they are TD they are selling some of their products. This was for life insurance.

Mine rang when I said hello, and then I got 'hello my name is david' and I hung up because it sounded animated.

I have had a call from this number twice in the last 2 days, and when I answer, they hang up.  Why do people call but then not talk to you when you answer, my time is important too

This is ridiculous the amount of calls I receive from this number and nobody is even there.. I get 5 calls every day or two.

TD bank is trying to sell some cheap life insurance. Don't even bother to answer. Annoying!

It's nothing to do with TD or debt collectors or scams selling things. What it is is a call center phishing for phone numbers to sell to other telemarketing systems, as soon as you answer it you're in their system, they recognize that you pick up so your number automatically gets filed and put into a list. Trust me, I used to work for a marketing firm that does this sort of thing. Just don't answer next time.

Picked up, and took them 3 attempts to pronounce my name, I instantly said wrong number and hung up. Not interested in whatever they are selling.

Honestly is most likely using these calls to gather a profile of people utilizing td.

It seems like there is a computer/program involved in the scam if it is a scam.

I get the calls all the time and texts too, but it's because call centers sell profiles of targets to other call centers.

Anyways be careful what websites they tell you to go to.

Always make sure that you search links they send and search domain address.

For example i recieve calls from a number that texted me saying my information is at risk and the site is hosted in Hong Kong claiming to be TD

Got a call from them, after saying hello, it took me to a caller, who claims they are from TD and there's a new promotion for which I am eligible for. But so far whenever I got calls from TD, the caller ID always says TD Bank Canada or something similar. Very skeptical of this call. Will see what they want next time they call.

Missed the call, like someone else above, i recently applied for a card...but missed the call and no message..when i call back it says that the call is not avaliable in my area...but its an 877 # soooo🤷🏻‍♀️

I have received a handful of calls by this number asking for my wife by name. When I pick up.. the phone then rings to a live agent? They refuse to mention why they are calling unless speaking to her and just say it’s a courtesy call. I told her if you are TD Bank - then you should have her contact information. And asked them to stop calling. We shall see..
