hello, debtors here is what you do understand that payloans are the most dangerous loans that you can get. They immeaditly add surcharges and hidden fees. also intrest of sometimes up to 97.5 percent so of course the original loan amount will not meet the required amount that you now owe. chances are if you take out a 300. loan out in may by september you will most likly owe close to 900. for the account...........maybe you debtors should read the small print of these loan shark companies and stop getting mad at collectors because you dont want to pay your bills that you made.........and as for all the iileagal bu***hit that these collectors are telling you is totally wrong and i dont feel that it is right or professional at all............gezzzzz just pay your loan off and you wouldnt have to get mistreated. i dont say anything iilegal. this job is soooo hard and i try to get people to pay with a sweet voice and a kind empathedic character but really even that doesnt get them to pay........juuuuusssst pay you bills please and know that it doesnt matter if the loan was for 150 now you owe 450 and thats not our office giving you that balance that is these payday loan companies steeling your money. just stay away from them. we all work hard for our money so why in the world would you want to get involved with them and then not pay it, or freeze your bank account, or close them, or overdraft them.......? huh why?  then in turn you end up having to deal with these nasty collectors who act as if they are investogators, police officials, and or any leagal assistant! etc. etc. just pay a nice gurl willing to work with you!!!!

Don't let this a***hole scare you, I keep getting the same calls on my cellphone, because my brother owes them and used me as a reference.  They fed me the bullsh!t line about the DA office, I said well send them on because I dont owe you any money and all you have is a cellphone number.  Then if you call them back the same rude man answers the phone everytime, It must be a one or two man operation.

At any rate, don't let them scare you, if you dont have the money to pay then deal with it when you can but aint no sheriff or DA coming to your door, they would call all my brothers references and say they coming at 5pm and I would laugh and say I'll be waiting.

Also they will never give you the name of the agency nor an address, because I was going to send them a cease and desist letter because they keep calling my cellphone.

These people are scammers..they are calling my phone for someone else and using scare tactics to try to get money. After I called them back and advised them I was not going to allow them to harrass me for someone else's debt/problem. "Mr Katuso" kept raising his voice and rambling about how he will get the information he needs because he paid "a pretty penny for this investigation to get your number!". Ok weirdo...you obviously didn't pay enough because you are calling me and not the person who owes you debt. Either way we went back and forth and he hung up on me...shouldn't it be the other way around? If he has got the DA involved, a "civil legal matter" with "many clients attached" then wouldn't he know what my REAL last name is...These people just want your information so they can screw you. I called right back after he hung up on me and of coarse the same guy was "away" and I couldn't speak to him. Either way, I gave them a piece of my mind and let them know their scare tactics are worthless against my lawyer and the harrassment lawsuit I will file if they keep calling me. It's very sad these people get away with this.

These people are not collectors. They are scammers that think if they bully you enough you will fall for there bull s**t. I've dealt with this before and I have not taken out payday loans. I also pay my bills. So as for you MS. KSC if you have never dealt with Jacobson & Associates or Marval & Associates or whomever they are the day they call you have no ideal how nasty these people are unless you work for them also. So if I don't owe the money I will not even pay a nice girl willing to work with me. If I owe show me the proof. They can't. I also tell them to mail me proof they say that they are a paperless company. Oh ya and the topper is when they are getting ready to hang up they say GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS!!!!  Give me a break!!!!!!!!!!

Jacobson and ass.!!  called me about n unpaid payday loan, I had to shut my checking accnt down after indin scammers called me and had all my info from taking out a payday loan online,  I orrowed 300 and they took 90 out for 3 paychecks, when I called consumer protection in Maine, I was informed that thes PD loaners arent even legal to deal with Maine residents as they have not pid a ond money to become licensed here, If they were licensed they ouldnt charge these enormous fees, ut since they are illegally dealing in Maine they cannot in in a court of law ecause htey are they illegal ones !!  So Jacobson and [***],  KISS MINE in Maine nah nah nah nah nah

Thesy scam artists have met their match with me !!!!! I'm going to give them Hell like they have never seen Hell. Yes, they tell you God Bless at the end of the call- I hope they all have their fireproof jumpers on whrn they go where they deserve to go- I'm going to make sueing and making their life torture FUN.

If you get a call from 716-828-8986 contact the Attorney General {Karen Davis} in Buffalo, NY. The company is a scam............It's only a collection company it's not an Atty office.
