have been receiving this same tony bennett song for past 2 weeks same time
every other day or so. very creepy. am filling out police report.

I have also had two messages left on my answering machine consisting of the first few lines of that Tony Bennett song.  It completely freaked me out.  I'm glad I'm not the only one!!!

Got the Tony Bennet song when I answered and said "Hello". No response, hangup within a few seconds. I tried to call back, no answer.

We also received numerous calls daily and they leave a clip of the "I've been so alone"  I will also file a police report if this keeps up.

I've been getting calls from that number too. It plays that part where he sings "I've been terribly alone" Right now, my phone says someone is on the line. I'm home alone. I'm really scared. I answered then I hung up. Then I tried to call my mom, but the phone says "line in use"

Yeah, we are getting the same thing.  There is another option.  You can block the number if you have the service through your telco.  Good luck folks.

I've been getting the same recording on my answer machine sometimes 2x's a day. I've never picked up the phone and the call is really weird.  Same song too.

I was trying to figure out who the singer was.  I thought it was Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra.  Thanks for the tip on Tony Bennett.  Why is this happening to me?  Did you just cancel Verizon cell phone too?  Any run-ins with the police?  Could you be under investigation like me?

There are disturbing calls from this number with the song "I've been terribly alone on the recorder."  We call back and there is no answer.

I blew this off as a friend playing a prank, but happened to google the "I've been terribly alone" lyrics to see what song it was.  Glad I came across this site to know it's been happening to lots of people.

Calls me every night, no voice, no music.  What is their point here?

Same thing just happened to me, heard a song, then the person hung up. I think mine was Tony Bennett too.  How odd!  I haven't cancelled a cell phone lately, no run ins with police, etc.  What's the common demoninator?  Our # is a home # and it's fairly new, we just got it in June....

Oh my goodness, a wave of relief just hit me reading all this. I thought this was targeted at me only but to know that others have had it also makes me feel better. I get the same lyrics at the answering machine, but for only the home number. I'm not sure how I can block it but I really want to, it's just way too creepy. I don't think I could ever listen to that song the same way ever again. :[

Also recieved a "musical" message from this guy *I've been so lonely" or something like that. The person called weekly(from caller ID), same day and it was a male person the last time he called saying he was with some "Firemans" association. I know we have received a call from a "Firemans" association in the past, so it could have been the same guy. Do you try to track this guy down when so many people have reported him?
