My phone blocks every attempt. By its self

Always dead air for me too till I say hello the second time then they answer wanting me to verify my personal info. But when I ask what it is about they won't say

They are in iowa

Annoying. They call all day and late at night

Calls twice a day.  Never leaves a message.  If they can't leave a message - I won't answer when they call.

The phone # on caller I D 15109317457. A recording message states Debt Collector (CBE) and to call 877-272-9923. Called 3 days in a row now.

Good idea but unlikely to succeed as these calls are scams.The only thing the attorney can do is go after them for harrassement.

I want this person to stop calling me--They call everyday PLUS Sundays.

I have been called for months, everyday at 9:15am, by this group (from number 8882698907), where they leave a recorded message stating that they are a debt collection group and to return their call at this number.  I knew this call wasn't legit, as I know all of my accounts are in good standing.  I figured it was either a complete scam or mistaken identity.  Finally got around to taking care of this today.  After a brief hold, a man with a thick accent asked the reason for my call.  I told him I had been receiving daily calls for months and wanted them to stop.  He asked for my phone number, which I gave him (they already have it, obviously) [SIDE NOTE: I was sure to call on the same phone they've been calling so as not to give them another phone number via caller ID on their end], then he asked for my first and last name, which I refused to give him.  He said he could give me no other information if I wouldn't give him my name.  After several rounds of "I can't give you information on the account if you won't confirm your name"/"I'm not giving you any personal information until you tell me who you are calling for," I began to escalate my complaint.  I asked to speak with a manager and he replied that there was no manager available at the moment (and he then asked for my name again).  I asked for a direct number to the manager, he refused.  I then told him he was to remove my number from the calling list and that if the calls continued I would begin to file complaints with the BBB and government.  At that point, he told me who they were calling for, someone with the same last name, but no one I know (and definitely no on living here).  I told him there was no one here by that name and that he was to remove my number from the list.  I reiterated that if the calls continued I would be filing complaints.  He said he was removing my number and that the calls should stop.  We'll see.  I will try to update this post in a couple of weeks with any news.

I am receiving at least two calls a day from 877-372-9923, a CBE debt collection. It is very annoying. I know of no outstanding debt! How do I get them to stop calling?

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

They keep robo calling and they say "cbe group a debt collector".. want us to call back ... yea not happening.. so tired of this kind of harasment. But when u do call back want info that they should have on file already... scammers scumbags or what ever... tired of it.. clean up the swamp.. how about clean up these leeches to.. just my take on it .. Pops

Just block the number. I got a text from them stating I bought something from Google Play for $500.00 and that amount will be coming out of my account.  They sent me an official- looking email but they'll have to get smarter than this to fool folks.
I never bought anything from Google Play.
This is totally  a Scam.
