This a real company

I received a letter too like that and I get phone calls from Sam Wallace but only after  I called and left a message

They just did the same thing to me!  This is a scam.  They threatened me with a lein on my home. I check my states online court reference site and no case has been filed.  Beware!

Is this real?

I just got a letter today is this a scam

I received a phone message @ work.  It rattled me.  It was a message from a Sam Wallace regarding a formal complaint filed against me.  And that I should contact the plaintiff for questions.  He left a phone number 1-855-548-8896  I called the number.  Someone answered and they did not identify the company or their name.  They answered like they were at home.  So I had my manager listen to the message.  And he said it's clearly a scam.  And he had me talk to our HR person.  She listened to it. And she called the number.  She asked for a Sam Wallace...long pause... then finally she was told he had left for the day.  And I asked her, did they say who they were when they answered the phone?  She said no.

Anyway, the at home I receive a letter trying to look like a legal document.  It said I owed money $9k to who it did not say, but I need to pay the amount.

Anyway, I just thought I would share my Sam Wallace and Don Sterling encounters.

THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A FRAUD.  I received a letter indicating a "litigation notice" for $2,228.72 that I owe and to pay in 10 days.  I don't owe this money at all and I am bringing the letter they sent to my Attorney General's office tomorrow.  THEY ARE A SCAM FOR SURE.

my wife received a letter in the mail today from Don Sterling threatening litigation it doesn't even have her correct last name he used her maiden name this guy obviously has no clue what he's doing when he tries to scam people

Just recently got a call and a letter from this  company. That can't even explain to me what I owe or whom I owe it too. Same 877 number  run around.

So I get a call and they leave a msg. Call back time sensitive court all that stuff the phone number is given I call and ask to send me info cia email so I can have my attorney call them he is like no I am providing you this informaruon so the  im like five me your full name your address and phone number so he can reach you and he hangs up on me so I call back 20 min later they say is this Monica place me in hold semd me to voicemail I call back same thing I call back again and now they ignore my calls well if they really wanted me to pay lol they should havr answrred my call .

No phone call, but my son got “the” letter today.  Clowns have so many violations in writing, maybe we will take them to court!

I just got the same thing.  Guy named Victor. I had to press for him to even give me his name.   Same letter and signage.  It’s an old bill that I know nothing about and he says last payment was 2014.  5 years ago!!!

Thanks so much! Because first of all the document doesn't even look legal. It states 10 days I must call. AND only has their address on the envelope.  No information on what debt it allegedly was from originally.
