It Seems your are not understanding the "press 1" direction. You have to follow the prompts after you "Press 1" when calling 877/278-9066. It ask's you to input the phone number you want deleted, then after you do that, it gives a confirmation that the number has been removed. I can assure you that no one wants to keep calling you. We are a non-profit, that only responds to online inquires. We DO NOT CALL LIST's and WE DO NOT USE "not provided" on the caller ID. All of Our calls are id'd to 877/278-9066, And if you answer and no one is there we have automation that gives you the 877/278-9066 if you need to be deleted. SO I don't know if you are confusing us with someone else, but a little personal responsibility for you or whomever gave us your phone would be appropriate at this point. Instead of threatenting class action lawsuits and the like. Those things might concern a telemarketing company, but WE DO NOT DO THAT EITHER. I had an incredibly rude encounter with this company as well.  I answered a call after two or more calls a day when a rep started his sales talk.  I told him I was happy where I was and he hung up on me.  I called back to be removed from their list and spoke with a woman who was even ruder than him.  She said "Well, you shouldn't put your number out there if you don't want us to call."  I asked to speak with a manager and her reply was "I AM a manager."  I find that very hard to believe given her tone, words and volume level.  I asked for her name and she hung up on me.  What a terrible operation they are running.  

If you call the number it will give you an option to opt out by pressing "1" then your 10 digit phone number.  

I strongly encourage anyone to use another company.  If that is their attitude when trying to get business I can only imagine their "professional" demeanor when they actually land business.

I think that the person responding as "Affordable Health Benefits" is reflective of the company. The comments from him/her are condescending and overall rude. I have followed exactly the instructions for having my number removed to no avail. And apparently we are all begging for the company's services from the quote "Your Health Benefits preapproval can be given to someone on the waiting list. It will help them, you & US>" oooohhhhh my

Affordable Health Benefits:

1.  There is no confirmation number when you go through the automated system to remove your name.

2.  I would bet my last dollar that you are NOT a non-profit organization.  

3.  My name and number were sold.  I had no intention of being bombarded with phone calls.  I KINDLY told the man that called me that I chose to stay with my current healthcare provider.  This in no way warrants someone to hang up on me.  Maybe he was upset that he was forced to work through his lunch break.  That's the only explanation I have for him chewing food while trying to speak with me.  And sadly enough, he wasn't nearly as abnoxious or rude as the woman who answered when I called back.  

I simply wanted to shop a rate and see what was out there, not be harassed.

These people have also been driving me nuts.  I did enter info of health insurance and got over 50 calls a day from agents all over the United States for days.  I will never do that again.  Anyway, this number has been calling me repeatedly, but after reading the directions above, I followed the instructions exactly, and it worked as they say it would.  Now, I just have to await and see if my number was actually deleted or not.

What a line of B.S.  I called this number and the first thing you hear "IS NOT" a removal from the call list.  I'm calling you a big fat liar.  I also have never filled out anything for this company and want nothing to do with it, especially the flipping phone calls.  I have all my same insurance, etc.  that I have had for the last 15 years.  I have no reason to fill anything out to apply for even a quote.  I am completely satisfied with what I have.  I however am not happy with these phone calls.  We have rights as consumers to not be harassed.  Give us a fair shot at stopping these calls if this company is on the up and up, cause the number you posted doesn't take care of it.  It would seem this company wants to drag it's name down very quickly.  I am fighting back.  You will lose business and if your company does not stop I will be fighting this legally.  I am sick of companies like yours doing crap like this and never taking any responsibility for your actions.  I have a right to live free of your harassment.  There are bigger things in the world for everyone to worry about besides your little [***] company and your harrassing phone calls.  It's no damn wonder the world is a flipping mess.  It starts with companies like yours that do not ever let the world have any peace.  What the hell don't you people get??????????????

Blocked caller from my cell phone...just a warning to ANYONE applying for healthcare online...DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CELL # or any other phone number unless you want calls morning, noon, and night.  It was my mistake and now I'm paying the price!  Too bad I really DO need health insurance...but I'd never pick up this call since I'm annoyed by their persistance.  I'm sure they wouldn't react this fast to a question or claim if you got insurnace from them!  Just a thought...

My husband had clicked on this ad on the Monster.com website.  He gave them a little info and they have not only called multiple times per day but when we actually spoke with them the rep. put us through to a "closer" who told us about looking up their BBB company which has an "A" rating.  I was looking up NBAA while he was on the phone with me and it had a BBB rating of "F"!  I told him what I found and he became nasty and we told him we had no interest in "insurance" from any company he was affiliated with.  Turns out it is not really insurance anyway and the small print tells you it is not available in many states.  That alone should be a clue not to deal with these people.  I have done the dial the number and press "one".  I guess we'll see if that ever works.  They are very persistent so I am not very hopeful.

I don't answer this call as it appears to be someone trying to sell health insurance. I looked one time on the internet about health insurance, that is all and now I get these disturbing harassing phone calls. These people seem to be stealing addresses of persons who have looked at health insurance on the internet.

I get phone calls from this number at least 4 times a day!!!  I had been looking for health insurance so I guess that's how they got my number.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and they NEVER leave a message.  Today I decided to google the number and this website is what I found.  Intersting!  I did what the number said to have my number removed from their list.  Let's see if this happens!

they call me about 15 times a day, dont leave a message and are rude when i answer. i want them to stop calling me!!

I have been getting phone calls from this number for about a month.  I have asked to be removed several times.  It is quite apparent that this company would rather pay someone to review web sites for negative comments, which it is considerable in this case, rather than answer the phone or process do not call requests.  This in itself suggests this company that is not legitamate and should be reported immediatley to the better business bureau and attorney generals office.  If you own or work for a company like this you should be ashamed!

The [***] from this company keep on calling me an average of 3 times a day, are extremely rude and have been doing that for the past two weeks. I have tried to remove my number from their calling list but apparently they spend more time looking at the complaints people post online than at their "do not call list". And by the way to the lowlife who writes those posts for the company... DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU WORK ??? are you working for National Benefits, affordable health care, affordable health benefits, or do you just make up a new name each time you post something. Also I have filed complaints for this  number with the Better Business Bureau and the National Do Not Call Registry , so just keep on calling. The more calls i have on record the faster the feds gonna shut you down. And to the people who keep on calling me everyday... you should probably get some of that health insurance yourself because you might spend sometime with bubba if you continue to harass people like this.

I never give out my cell phone number so I don't know where this call originated.  Please take me off your calling list or I will report it to the FCC.

Just calls..leaves no message

Getting constant calls from this number when I answer there is no response on the line just this number on the caller ID. The response from someone on this page that represents Affordable Health Insurance is something that I would be checking into If I was in charge of the hiring and firing of this company. Your rude and I would not want you working for me. I also would not want Insurance from a company that would have you as an employee.

It is extremely annoying!  I was looking for an idea about Health Premiums and did not realize that the "request" would be sent out to at least a half dozen different Insurance Companies and Brokers.  Now my phone doesn't stop ringing.  As I said I am receiving calls from 7 or 8 different phone numbers and the cycle goes 4 or more times throughout the day.  If I had the time top speak to someone to request a quick "ball park" quote I would call them, I do not want all these annoying calls and I am now simply not even picking the phone up.  I have spoken to a couple of these callers and explained that the lengthy set of questions is not what I was looking for, but other callers from their group still continue to call.

I am not answering these calls because I am not interested in what they have to say or sell!!!
