This company is called “Bournview Recovery Group” and they went by “3” new numbers: (877) 279-9545, (855) 791-0170 and (877) 456-5074.
I want to inform the public that this is a total scam company who sounded so convincing that I got scammed again once more.  Let it be known that you should not get intimidated by any caller, claiming to be a certain legal company and that tries to threaten you with a warrant for arrest, a legal action against you, a court order, etc.  DON”T FALL FOR THIS!  I have been a victim of identity theft more than “5” times
and everybody and anybody who is a scam artist will try almost anything to get money out of you…be it an old payday loan, credit card debt, mortgage, taxes owed, etc.  DON”T FALL FOR THIS!  They cannot do anything legally and to attempt to collect money via wire, over the phone, or by debit or credit card, by Western Union, Paypal, etc. without actual legal documentation.  The usual format is that they mail
all legal documents to your residence address”, and even that, you have to look over carefully, because these scammers are really convincing.

If they call you…..HANG UP and block the call.  If they call you again from another number, do the same thing. People work hard for their money and they few scammers that are out there, have no heart or consideration for the people who are just trying to live and get by.
Again…if they call you, don’t worry, don’t panic, don’t get scared….JUST HANG UP AND BLOCK THE CALLER.

One more note….any payment that you have made to any scammer…..get a copy of the payment made, from your credit card company or bank, etc.  Keep on file, for evidence, in the case that these scam companies are caught and brought to court. You never know if you may be notified to testify against these unlawful people.  You may even be able to get some of your money back, that you lost to these people.

Received a mysterious call from a man identifying himself as Matthew, asking for my 80 year old mother by name and saying he was her grandson. Lol. My mother has ni grandson named Matthew. I hung up.
