- Lei| 2 repliesLook, this is a fraudulent number, and AT&T is investigating this from 2016 to this day, and apparently, they haven't done anything with it yet.
- BigA replies to Lei| 1 replyAT & T is not an investigative agency. They are a phone carrier. Now please tell us how you know for a fact that AT & T has been "investigating this from 2016 to this day"?

- Victim In North Texas| 2 repliesThis is no doubt Fraudulent! Speaking as Identity Theft Victim! Robbed of Social Security Benefits due to bank account being changed & Direct Deposits going to an unknown account! Social Security Administration has not been much help either! Caller trying to Reset AT&T account Password back to original which was changed at leat 9 years ago! Changed again! Recieving B.S. in the mail that appears from SSA but many mistakes in mailings such as wording & no actual contact information of SSA agent! AT&T letters & Emails have been coming from San Bernardino, CA & S. Akard St. Dallas, TX. The Dallas address is just an AT&T Wireless store located inside a high rise office building in downtown Dallas Texas! The San Bernardino CA location concerns DirectTV! Do not have that service anymore & haven't for at least 4 years! This mess began with this particular Victim at least a year ago! Yes, Threats of Social Security Benefits being taken away are being made thru mailings as well as phone calls!!! So far a loss of 9 months of Social Security Benefits are gone!!! Have no benefits & no healthcare coverage either!!!! People, Please stop protesting what's going on in other countries & take care of Our Own People & Problems! These Crimes Must Stop!!!

- BigA replies to Victim In North Texas| 1 replyYour post doesn't make any sense and it sounds like you are making up a story. You didn't get 9 months of SS payments because someone changed your direct deposit and you didn't notice that after the first month? What does this phone number have to do with that problem or these alleged letters you are getting? Why haven't you set up 2 factor authorization? How does not getting your SS payments and these letters have anything to do with your healthcare insurance. Are you saying that these alleged people who are getting your payments also now have your Medicare Insurance as well?
