It is a real company.
They call me all the time for the portion of my hospital bill that the insurance company didn't pay. They were sending me bills in the mail but now they just call. I set up a payment plan.

They are not a REAL COMPANY. It's all a Scam. Insurance companies do not collect by calling people. It would be prohibitively expensive and they would have to hire tons of people to do it.

They keep calling me and do not leave a message but based on other messages here, I have NEVER been to St. Vincent's or any of their subsidiaries.

I assume, based on what I've read here that it is Med One, a medical bill collector.  I am on the national do not call registry & I have advised them via snail mail.  They continue to call.  I am now going to report them  Screw them.  They left no message this time.  Bill collectors are NOT EXEMPT from the Do Not Call laws governing same.

They call me every single day, about 9-10 times a day, starting at 7 am until about 10 p.m.  Sometimes, they leave a message (which I can't understand) and other times it's just a long silence.  I never answer and don't intend to start any time soon.  Who are these people?

It's Med one Solutions they didn't give me a chance to answer their call. They must put the debt in writing to prove validity.

Easily solved with a certified, return receipt cease and desist communications letter.  By the way, calling you when you are in a facility is against the FDCPA and you could sue them.

I have blocked their number and they continue to call me.They called me and left a voice mail I just want the calls to stop.
