called insisting on giving me a great electricity rate. told gupta to put me on do not call list and he hung up.  Where is our wonderful consumer protection bureau and liz warren when we need her.

as my answering machine is turned off so these nice "IDIOTS" would not leave a message I read the posting here so I know to block them
don't know who the hell they are or what they want
im not interested as I do not know the number
I did not call them or contact them so they should leave me alone
this was just a new number I had to add to my blocked list
these people are not interested in the do not  call  list they probably do not even know that  there is such a list
when you complain to the do not call list all it does is that you get more of these calls they multiply, so why waste time???
arguing with them to stop calling just does not help so I have to learn to live with it.

I have received a number of calls from this number. They never leave and a message.  I have listed my number on the do not call list.

Someone called asking to speak with the person who pays the electric bill.

SCAM sales call.

This "company" has been harassing me at my business for days now.  They present themselves as a legit energy supply company to try to enroll me in a discount savings plan at a fixed rate for my electric and gas.  Because I've worked with energy suppliers before, I made the mistake of giving them both account numbers.  Then we compared the rates with what they were offering with what I currently had and it was much higher!  He tried to tell me that winter was coming and that the fixed rate would save me money.  I looked at last January's bill and my variable rate was even lower!  He then became very irate with me and I told him to remove all of my information and not to call back.  He called back three times more that same day, trying different tactics each time.  Since then, I have had both my electric and gas company put blocks on my accounts to prevent them from changing anything.  Next time they call, I'll accuse them of harassment.

Seems like a fishy, scam operation to me.

Here is how the call went down for me. They called me at my work number.
Phone rings, I answer, a male with a strong Indian accent says "hello, [name of the firm i work with]?" Sensing the heavy accent and suspecting that the call was a telemarketing call, I respond "no, you have the wrong number." The caller then says "okay ma'am. Sorry to bother you."

I just got a similar call saying they can offer me discounts on my national grid bill so I said and why isn't National Grid calling me? He said maam I am calling from blah blah blah electric company and I said why isn't National Grid calling me? he then proceeded to continue his sales pitch and I told him you have a nice day. First of all, if you are going to call me about saving money there is always a catch, second of all you are calling on one of our roll over lines at work so how do you know who you are calling and third he had a heavy accent (indian) but his name was Victor Rodriquez..please.. I am not stupid.

They called - spent a few minutes goofing on them - then said I was getting tired of scamming scumbags like him calling me.

look into a call blocker and then once the number is in the blocker it will not ring thru

legal Energy said they work with Ameren Electric to lower are bill.   funny wouldn't they know who there clients are.  we dont have Ameren!

they have called me twice in the last month

legit energy supply company ---had a trouble understanding them
