They called my brother at HIS work and claimed to work for a court and that they needed to serve me papers about something i did. pretty damn low..

What is the outcome? What happen?

Who are these people? They said they are going to serve me.

They went to my daughters in-laws and told them they were looking to serve me papers. Who are these people? The man left the #877-301-4517 and a ref.# to call.

Hey George this company is legit...I didnt believe them that i was going to be served. They went to my job to serve me and now i am being sued and they are ready to garnish my wages. I wish I would of took it serious and paid it,and now i am suffering the consequences.

They called my work and spoke to the secretary and said they were going to give me a summons. they even said they were going to dispatch someone here to serve me. Harassment at work from collectors is not legal in Texas nor is wage garnishment. They are powerless to do anything. Don't worry. Our Risk Mangement Director called them and informed them they would be sued if they tried to come here or called again. The guy was stammering on the phone and hung up. What a coward.Again, they are powerless to do anything but be annoying. Anyone who posts that they were able to serve them or sue them probably works for that company.

They are lowlife collectors. They are powerless to do anything but annoy. In Texas, that practice is illegal and they only tried that with me once. They were informed they would be sued if they called back and the guy stammered and hung up in fear. They are cowards.

"Restricted" call came thru on my cellular phone.  They left a message with this number and a case # saying a compliant was issued and if I did not return the phone call within three hours they would have no choice but to execute the order.  After seeing these post, I'm very leery of getting scammed.  I do not have an unresolved debt that I am aware of...  If I do, this would not be the way to inform me.

I received a call from this number, requesting to speak with someone I don't know. I started questioning the woman on the line, asking her how she got my phone number, the full name of the person giving out my phone number, what address this person had provided, and from what agency she was attempting to serve the person whom she claimed she was seeking.  She advised me; the Nachadoches Police were attempting to serve the person she was calling for.  The number she left on my voicemail was not the Nachadoches Police but rather; the office number from which she was calling.  I called the Nachadoches Police but unfortunately; I needed to speak with administration, but that department was already closed. I still plan to call them tomorrow.  When I called the number the agency left on my voicemail;  the woman answering was the same one who called me and she pretended that she could not hear me both times.  I called again, and this time a man answered; I demanded he slow down and tell me exactly what company he is with. He stated " The Legal Division of The South Coast" which doesn't even sound legitimate. I informed him that my attorney would be contacting their office, as well as sending them a cease and desist notice.  I also plan to contact the AG's office and find out exactly who this is, where they are, and what their actual business is. This seems to be some type of scam....I would not be surprised if this website is owned by these same people, to find out what they are up against.  Well, if this is their website, you now know my lawyer will be in contact with you very soon.

Same as most of the others. Received call from 877-301-4517. Person said they were attempting to locate this party to serve papers concerning a lawsuit. They needed to know where this party was located. I did not disclose any information. Little did this agency know the person they were trying to locate is in a nursing facility in very poor health and probably will not live much longer. I guess these collection type outfits don't do much research before they set out to locate someone. Before long they'll be searching for a deceased person. What a waste of time, oh well....

These people called my sister & said something about how i was going to revive a summons to court & when i called the number they provided, the woman who answered was a bumbling idiot pretending not to hear me half the time & when i gave her my "case number" she came back with the wrong name & transferred me to their "legal department" who put me on hold... so i hung up & looked up the number & oh [***] a debt collector... [***] that noise i said & promptly called back to tell them to go [***] themselves & never call me again.

ok what if I already paid them what i "owed" cuz i did and they said they would report it to the credit bureau! . GetOutOfDebtGuy do u think they will? cuz that was $1800 outta my bank account, they sent me some letter i have to sign and send back i did all that, but now im confused!!!

I told them to NOT call me nymore. They threaten me that a sherriff will be at my door in 1 hour. So they called me back saying I was harassing them by calling. LOL Turned out I was calling them. My phone was pocket dialing!!!LOL They sid they were the Sherriff and they had a complaint of harassment. Told him to shut up! He got mad and said you are talking to a law enforcement officer! I laughed. So since I was blamed for harassing, I called back and back and back. They did not like it. I was called a [***], P*ssy, [***], puck..ETC. He read my credit report to me and read my Social security out loud. Guess I will call tomorrow!!
