Called giving spiel about vacations this is the second call from them--THEY HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY TOLD WE ARE ON DO NOT CALL LIST--EVIDENTLY THEY FEAR NOT OF BEING FINED BY THE FTC.  This call came in at 8:41 PM December 9, 2009 and will be forwarded to FTC

Calls no one talks can here loud people talking. That's it

I received a call this evening on my cell, too. Told him I was currently in another state with family for holidays and were about ready to sit down to dinner. He wouldn't shut up. Claimed he was with Ozark Mountain Vacations and that I had stayed in one of their motels in Branson (which I most likely did not as it's been 4 years since I've stayed in a Branson Motel). I hung up. He wasn't very happy, but I'm sure it's just the beginning.

I keep getting calls from this number too but I don't answer because it says "Toll Free Call".  They just keep calling.  Maybe they'll give up when they realize I won't answer whether it's my home or cell phone.

This may be a collection agency. We've been getting calls from some slimeball collection company using a 1-877 "toll free call" number looking for someone who doesn't live here, and the next day we get a call from this number. Coincidence? Who knows.

Bottom line is, we're tired of all the b.s. calls and and nobody doing anything about it.

8:40pm on 1/12/10.  I missed the call and called back.  Loud people yelling the in the background.  Requested a supervisor, and was told that this idiot that answered the phone was the supervisor (yah right).  Told him to immediately remove my number - he said "god bless" and hung up on me!  [***]!

This number keeps appearing on our caller ID, we don't answer it and they don't leave a message.  We are on the Do Not Call list, obviously this company doesn't honor that.

Ozark Mountain Vacations is scamming people on the no call list.

Caller keeps calling and hanging up. I am on the Missouri no call list and they dont care. I am reporting them immediately.

We just received a call from 877-317-9128 and it was showing as Toll Free Number. We too are on the DNC list!

# called about 20 times today and let reing twice ...never answered ! 2-19-10

they called on 2-24-10 at 2:50pm today. I just let it ring and they let no messages. I too am on the DNC list. Like that means anything to people like this. Go figure,hahaha.......

check www.ago.mo.gov for a list of complaints filed against Ozark Mountain.  There have been 24 complaints filed.  Unfortunately, calls to cell phones is not a violation of the no call list.  The no call list applies only to line subscribers.  We need to have the law changed to include cell phone numbers.  If not, when they call you, lead the sales caller on.  Keeping them on the phone will tie them up, and they will most like;y quit calling you if you tie them up enough times.  Keeping them on the phone without making a sale costs them time and money.

I to am getting tired of them calling. I thought the DNC list also applied to cell phones. It said you could place it there. At any rate, enough is enough.

They keep calling. Added them to the "block caller" list several times and it keeps coming through.

Received call and talked to Tiffany at Ozark Mountain Vacations. I am on the Do Not Call List. I would appreciate them not calling in the future.
