The moron who claims the DNC list doesn't apply to cells is either grossly misinformed or working for these losers and hoping to deflect complaints. It most certainly does apply to cells which can indeed be registered on the list.

They just called me i didnt answer but in my voice mail it says if you are a saleperson Please put me on your do not call list. I spoke in english maybe that was the problem.

We are on the No Call List, both state and national.
This call came in on our land line, about 8:30 PM.
This company has been told previously, we are on NO CALL list and do not call.
Apparently they do not fear the No Call List.
Someone should slap them with a big fine and threaten the CEO of Ozark Mountain Vacations with jail time.

If we all take the time to complain or call them on theri OTHER phone number, maybe they will get the message.

These dumb S.O.B.'s call my cell phone at least 1 time a day.  I ignor them.

Just received a call from this number but it is a toll free and I don't answer them either.

Same complaint here. This number keeps calling, never leaves a message and is very annoying. They call morning, afternoon, evening,  sometimes 3-4 times a day. I am on the Do Not Call list, but it doesn't seem to matter. Luckily I have caller ID, so I know who it is. If they can't bother to leave a message, then why should I bother to answer? I wish they'd get the hint!!

They have been calling my daughter's cellphone aswell!!! She's never actually picked it up though, however, I did try calling them back to tell them to STOP CALLING HER!! I was put on hold for several minutes, but then the phone kept ringing and I was not able to talk to anyone and just hung up!  I have no idea how they got the number in the first place, but i want them to stop calling my teenage daughter!!!!!!

Rec'd a call from Ozark Vacations today.   I told the telemarketer who either is hard of hearing or just talks to loud in the first place (maybe he used to be a cheer leader--no offense to cheer leaders but I wasn't at a pep rally--okay) that I could not speak with him at that time.  He asked if he could just talk for two minutes. I told him that I didn't have two minutes to speak with him.  His reply was "WHY DID YOU PICK UP THE PHONE?  I told him that I was hanging up and I did.  I later called the 877 number asked to speak to a manager and the telemarketer --Zach-- told me that he was the manager (and remarkably his voice  sounded just like the telemarketer who had called me earlier....I guess he got a promotion :-(, if so that explains alot.

I have been also receiving calls from this #.  MANY phone calls.  I have caller I.D. & I got tired of these people calling, so I decided to answer.  NO ONE was on the line.  So now I just leave the phone line open for a few minutes & hang up.  I also am on the do not call list.  It doesn't seem to make a difference.

These people keep calling me about a vacation thing.

I've been starting to get calls from this number too. I don't answer. I've been hoping that they will eventually stop calling me if I don't answer enough times. Its been going on a few days now. I haven't been to Branson in years, and now I'm getting calls about this? Anyways, I am also on the Do Not Call list, but apparently this doesn't do much.

Same thing.  However they called three times between 11:30 PM and 2AM.  One call said our grandson was in jail and they wanted money to get him out.

Called, but I did not answer since I saw it was an 877 number & figured it was a sales person. No voicemail left by caller, whereas if it was inportant I figure they would have.

I had gotten a call week or so ago from this number. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. The caller does not leave a voicemail, but has called at least half a dozen times since.
Should I get a blowhorn & start answering it with it?
