Block the [***] and kill it.

They keep calling asking for someone in my family and want money that we don't owe them. I want them to stop because they are harrassing us. Please help

I received a call from this number but I usually don't pick it up.  They didn't leave a voicemail.

Keep calling almost every week

Calls and hangs up, calls and hangs up, calls and hangs up. No name on Caller ID.

It's Amsher debt collector......They want you to pay a debt with credit card.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

They have been calling me asking for people that I don't know.

I received several  of these calls, We have already  filed a complaint  with FTC and AG.  They  claim we owe money. Which we do not. It is the most annoying thing, I do not answer the calls, the calls Start as early as 7:00 am EST and will continue until 8:00 pm some time later.

OK so I get 800 number calling me asking for my mom and I ask what is it they are looking for and she says are you (my moms name)? So i reply no and she proceeds to say we will call back. So I go no this is my phone tell me why you're calling me and she hangs up on me. If she calls again the next time I speak to her it won't be so friendly.

These are the biggest crooks. They keep calling and  demanding  all kinds of info. I owe no one. I use cash all the time
do not tell them [***]. [***]. They are going to get sued big time. Maybe even jail time. They better watchout!!!!

They harassing me everyday and every time they call they change who they are. They rush you to give them your informations. What's funny they start by saying "Our conversation might be recorded for quality insurance " and the next question what is 4 last digit of your  social security and date of birth .
