BCM Services - a debt collection company. If you live in a state where both parties must consent to the recording of a phone call, then tell them you do not want to be recorded or you will file criminal charges plus sue them in civil court for damages.

Good to know they are a debt collector. Received call from them today about a deceased person that I somewhat know. They did not even know the sex of the deceased. I shall intruct them not to contact me again.  Thank You.

My mother passed away recently with not a cent to her name. BCM services has harassed my family since March. Someone name Rachel keeps trying to trick us into saying we are responsible for my moms debts.No one is legally responsible for any debts my mother left ." Rachel " will not  stop trying.

Same situation here. My mom died penniless too and I know no one is legally responsible for paying off her debt. "Rachel" has been leaving me messages too. Finally I called back, but got answering machine. I left a message too kindly explaining that they're getting nothing from me. They can keep trying from now until doomsday -- I'm done.

The number (877) 326-8786 is the toll free number for DCM Sercices a debt Collection agency.  I found this on a court filing in Minneapolis.  They apparently represent that they are trying to close the estate of deceased persons and then try to trick whoever they are talking to into saying they are responsible for the dead person's bills.  The message the left for me said that if I was the person responsible for closing the estate of Mrs W____ please call them back.  I do not intend to speak to them.

They call repeatedly, although I don't answer it. But my mother did die very recently, and they are calling on debt. Given the other notes about this number, I assume that they are calling to try to collect on my mother's debt.

Looking for the person in charge of the deceased affairs, in an attempt to collect their debt.
In my case, my father in law, who passed in June 2012, for a Chase credit card.

Was willing to reduce the cc debt by 25% if paid in full.

Declined.

But the person I spoke to was very nice and pleasant while dealing with this issue,
unlike most other debt collectors.

Got a call from DCM Services regarding my sisters Estate. They wanted to talk to the person responsible for paying her debts and that the call was being recorded. I ask the young lady if my sister owed them any money and she said no. I told her I would deal with my sisters debtors personally and for them not to call me back. I paid my sisters funeral bill out of my own pocket and any if anyone gets any money she may get will be used to reimburse me first. My sister had no money and I have sent her debtors a copy of her death certificate and a copy showing me as Administrator along with any explanation she had no excess funds to pay any debts. If they think I am paying out of my pocket for her other bills they have another thing coming.

I keep getting calls from this number but I don't answer it so they leave voicemails. One of these was a person with a heavy accent wanting to know if I was a relative of the late (some name I couldn't understand). All the rest of the calls is asking for a person wanting to know if the want to get online and play a game. "Hey just calling to see if your bored enough to play the game right now."  "I see your online but not playing."

It is incredible what length these dirtbags will go to harass someone. This fake call that sounds like a friend wanting to play online games is so convincing that I thought about calling the guy back to tell him he keeps calling the wrong number and his friend is probably wandering why he never calls. Then I looked up the number and realized who it really was.

I don't think I will tell these lowlifes they have the wrong number. They can keep calling me and leaving voicemails. I don't care. Better that than them getting a hold of some grieving person who recently lost a relative.

They called today looking for the person in charge of my late fiancé's affairs.  I am not but since his son is very young and very distraught over losing his father, I contacted all his debtors and advised them he had not had an estate because at 44 he had not really intended to die.  He had been reviewing life insurance policies, but had not made a decision on one.  So, no money kidlets.  I will simply add this number to the blocked caller list.  Not as if I cry everyday because I miss him or anything so yeah, these calls are gems.  She gave a different number to call back rather than the number she called on.  The number is 1-877-326-5674.  The name she was using is Felicia Moore.

These [***] called my mother in law and threatened to file charges against hubby for defrauding a financial institution. They have another thing coming. LAW SUIT! It's against the law to threaten to have someone arrested for a bill. I did leave blunt, bold VM stating to I DARE YOU to call my house and threaten me Lol

I received a call from 877-326-8786 inquiring if I was handling my sister's estate.  They would not tell me the name of the company calling or who they represented so I told her that I would not tell her anything and she hung up.

Regardless - the deceased's family is not responsible for any debt owed, unless they were cosigners on an account.

My Mom received the same call, they asked who is handling my late father estate, all she told them was they would need to talk to her lawyer. The lady asked for the lawyers number, my Mom gave the phone to me. I asked who they are representing, she said unfortunately she cannot give me that information and wanted the lawyers number. I told her unfortunately since she could not tell me who they are representing I cannot tell them who is representing my Mom. I figured they are a collection agency so I told them if there is any information to be given out the lawyer is contacting all debtors and if it's any of their business they should hear about it when they are informed by whoever they are representing. Good information above and will pass this info to the lawyer who represents my Mom.

I delt with them to then my locale police department told me they are a scam, They get your card number with that they can get any other information about you, cancel the card and get a replacment with different number

They called me regarding an old pay day loan, threatening with being served win legal papers @ my job

BCM called us too. Stated we owed a pay day loan to check n go. We called them and found out we did not owe anything. They have threatened my husband with arrest, fraud charges and much more. They refuse to answer any questions about the company but know our address , phone numbers of family, bank acct numbers and hubbys social. The number they call from is 877-781-2987
