These jerks have been calling from 877-328-8412 and leaving both recorded messages and one live voice that a friend spoke too. A man supposedly by the name of Lawrence Hicks says he is from the Division 1 Carrier Service, a private carrier service for legal documents. But when you call the number the recording says you have reached the law office of Anthony H. Rodriguez. Hicks says there was a summons issued and he wanted to make an appointment at my home to deliver the summons. My friend said, "No way." I called 877-328-8412 back and was told it was the law office of Anthony H. Rodriguez. I googled it and others are having the same scam run on them but from a different telephone number. Beware! I have reported this company and their number on several occasions to the National Do No Call Registry but it hasn't stopped them.

Do they ever call back after you leave a message? Because I got a call from them and I have no idea whats going on and I called and there office is closed during business hours!! Iam freaking out!! What exactly can you do?///

we got a call from 1-877-297-6520 they said that we would get serverd papers if we did not pay 1074.00 and we had a summons to court for our county and we needed to pay them by Monday July 12 with a debit card to clear this matter up. We almost did untill we read these posts THANKS TO ALL FOR THESE POSTS!!!!!!

they also called my husbands job and left a message saying he was going to have to appear in court in two days.the number is 877-328-8414.I never heard of these people until the message was left on my job.which could get me fired.

OMG, I ALMOST GOT FOOLED! THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY. I CAN'T BELIEVE THESE [***] ALMOST TOOK MY MONEY AND I AM A SINGLE MOM OF 2 KIDS! I AM PISSED.

BTW: CASHNET IS NOT PART OF THEM. IF YOU OWE CASHNET MONEY THEY DON'T TAKE YOU TO COURT. UGHHHHHHH

Thank you to all the updates on this site. I was contacted by these same people on July 20,2010 and they  really had me upset, because I just knew I paid off that payday loan I had in July 2007. It has been so long ago, and I couldn't recall at first..So I have been receiving calls for about a month from a different company the first time on behalf of the payday loan company(supposedly), and turns out this guy call 2 days ago, claiming the other company was a fraud. He (Mr. Wallace ext 108) said he will try to help me out if I can get any information on the company, because it was illegal for them to collect on a debt that his company owns. Me being NAIVE, I left work early to gather the information about the other company. Couldn't find anything but a fax number 206-600-6980, (by the way the guy who originally called me go by Officer Michael Edwards, but sound like he from India.) So Mr. Wallace said he google the fax number and got back, fraud reports, like this website about the 1st company. So with the help of the Good Lord Above, I google the 877 number Mr Wallace called me, and the law office of anthony h rodriguez, and this how I found this site. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE RESPONSES (ALL), BECAUSE I WAS SCHEDULE TO PAY THE FIRST COMPANY ON FRIDAY, JULY 23RD...HOW BLESSED IS THAT.   AND WHAT'S SO FUNNY, I GOT THE IDEAL FROM MR. WALLACE TO GOOGLE HIS OWN COMPANY...HA HA...FUNNY ISNT IT.... [***]....

i posted the other day in regards to this company. I just received a voicemail on my phone from this Joe Stevens guy again today but it didnt really make too much sense. He said it had been "resolved voluntarily" so he was going to show up at my home between 10 & 2 for a signature and if i wasnt there , he would come to my job and I needed ID and my supervisor as a witness. Who does this guy think he is.
I admit, it scared me a bit, but I still don't believe it is real.. If he does show, (which we know he won't) I wont be signing for anything.  I guess I will post again today or tomorrow to let you know the outcome.

I also recv this call today from Joe Stevens, saying the same thing. I am not worry bc I spoke to several people along with this website, so like you, he can show if he want to. I will stay posted

Wait until you hear this!   I got a call from Mr. Peter LoVallo from "Law Office of Anthony H. Rodriques", who allegedly is a Claims Supervisor or something from the company.   He called stating he was collecting a debt on my cousin, of whom I am the guardian.   He claimed my cousin borrowed $1024 and I needed to pay him now.   He told me the police were coming to my house to have me arrested.   He didn't like it when I challenged him and knew more about collection law than he did.   "If we have to go to court we will sue you for 3 times what you owe..."  Ummm...that is against the law!   And he said he was going to sue me in his home state of Pennslyvania, also against the law!   He has to sue me here.  

Here is the kicker...my cousin is in her late 50s and is cognitively disabled and in a group home.   She can't even spell her name much less put together a complete sentence.     Then when he told me her date of birth and SS number wasn't even close....so I said, well guess you have the wrong person, bye!  


I think people have to go after not only these pricks but places like CashNet as well...they are just giving away personal information to these criminals.   Anyone who has borrowed from Cash Net and would like to join in a class action suit against them for their business practices....If I get enough interest on here I will approach an attorney friend of mine and do this!

This place is claiming to be run by this attorney however Anthony H. Rodriques is not a registered lawyer in Pennsylvania.   Please join me in filing complaints with the Pennsylvania Lawyer Disciplinary Board.   He may not be a member of the bar but if he is giving them a bad name they may just track him down with enough complaints.   Send them a letter and give them as much information as you can...lets get this guy....here is the link:

I got a call from a Joseph McKinley today stating that he was calling me as the parent of my daughter.  Interesting that he should have my cell phone number.  He was calling regarding documents faxed to his office with my daughter's social security number and her name.  He stated that the documents were for a civil complaint and that he would be showing up at her residence on Friday between 12 and 4 to get signatures on the documents for a court case.  He left the number 877-328-8416 file number 133430.  That number is for the Law Office of Anthony H. Rodriquez.  When she called back, she was told that this was for a Cash Net load that she hadn't repaid (which she has and has evidence to that effect) and that she would have to pay $700 plus $1100.00 attorney fees.  I got a call similar to this a while back (except the person calling me didn't speak English well and was from Florida), so I told her to ignore it.  We will be filing a complaint against them just as we did with the previous caller.

I would love to go int with you.  I am dealing with the exact same issues as everyone else.

this man call my job stated that his name was Frank Cross, that some legal documont had been fax to his office. that he would come to my job on august 02,2010 to give a summons. people can get fired for this BULL [***]. the number was 1-877-297-6180 and the ref # 133526.  @ ANTHONY H. I had that same number 18773288416 who left a message on my home phone 3 days ago. And this was about my friend who had a civil complaint against him and his case number was 133859.I knew there was something weird about this because first of all my friend wasn't related to me and I am not his next of kin, I don't how they got my personal information; so I called my friend and told him about it. He said that he didn't gave out my personal information and he didn't commit a crime in the last 15 years.
So I am sure that this is a scam and the name Anthony H Rodriguez and his Law Firm is trying to play a trick to get into your pocket.
So I immediately changed my home phone number; and took extra protection of all my personal information. ( Do not sign any papers or documents if this happened to you.)

He is also using the name of "Corey Daniels".  He called me and I'm not even the person he was looking for.  He left a voice mail on MY phone, thinking he was leaving a message for somebody else and telling that person,"I got your name and social from a records search and have an Affidavit for you to Appear in Court.  If you have questions call 877-328-8413.  If you do not cooperate willingly, I will see you on Thursday.  Otherwise, consider yourself notifed." He referenced a case number, which is NOT an actual court case number.  I am a Paralegal and I did some research.  BEWARE and DO NOT FREAK OUT!  They are just trying to scare you.  Do not call them back.  Do not cooperate!  Make them work for it.  They are, indeed, JERKS!

These jerks have called several days in a row looking for my brother in law. Unfortunately for them they are trying to mess with the wrong people. My wife is a lawyer and deals regularly with process servers. Not a single one calls the defendant ahead of time. It may be different in other states but here you are not required to show id or sign anything when served. They are supposedly coming this afternoon to serve him and said that by not "making himself available it is a direct refusal to participate." Again, in my state, a legit process server has to attempt service 3 times and all 3 have to be at different times. i.e if they come the first time at 2pm they have to try again at a different time of day morning or evening. After 3 attempts of service the judge can rule that it is ok to post the summons on the front door of the residence. This really seems like a big scam. They prey on people who are scared to go to court and don't know how the process works.They have also used the phone number  (877) 328-8414.
