FYI just got a call telling me the same as most of you that someone would be by tomorrow to see my ID and bring documents for me to sign. They left a message on my machine giving a name of Olivia Nichols and said if I had any questions to call the claims department at 844-560-7191 and they also left a case number for me to give to this department when I call. No more than 3 minutes later my sister calls me from NY (by the way I'm in CA) and she tells me that she just got a call from this same lady named Olivia Nichols asking for me. My sister asked what she was calling about and Olivia said she was calling because "she just wanted to give me a heads up that she would be by tomorrow for me to sign some legal documents". My sister never said she new anyone by this name but she did ask how this lady obtained her number and the lady said it was the last number given on record. Okay Olivia...WILL YOU BE COMING BY MY ESTATE IN NY OR CA. I NEED TO KNOW SO I CAN FLY MY PRIVATE JET TO THE CORRECT STATE

I also got a call with the same message but I jever called back I just googles the number and its coming up someones personal cell phone as 680-780-4859 and its in Illinois. But the messAfe states the company is division one carrier carrier services. I knew it was fake because papers have to be filed and served in my own state and by an officer from my state especially legal issues. If they don't have our current address my state does .

I received a call today from 562-485-6215. When I Googled it I was lead here. Some chick by the name of Jacqueline Mc Cormack left a voicemail saying she was calling from Division One. She was calling about a complaint that had been filed under my name and social security number, and did not have my statement on file. It's just another scam. If someone actually filed a complaint you would get paperwork. I am SO tired of these people scaring people and wasting time. Get a real frickin job!

They keep calling me saying they'll need 2 forms of identification... Really just wait for it

Received a voicemail from Division One Processing Center Officer White. Stating that he tried to visit my residence but was unsuccessful. He states he was trying to locate…. I’m assuming he didn’t know the name of the person. So he just didn’t say it. He stated it was a courtesy call stating he was told to locate me and serve me papers. He wanted me to contact the filing party at. 844-848-6873. He also said when you call please provide court document number…. Then didn’t say the number. I’m assuming it’s an automatic voicemail call that he leaves on everyones phone. He is legally mandated to come back to my property for the third time and I cannot have any loose animals, illegal firearms. If he’s unsuccessful in finding me on the third attempt he will turn it over to warrant and remidal division.

Yeah my mom got the same call today. Kinda stupid how this been going on for years
