Got a call saying a notice of intent was going to be filed if we didnt call them back at 877-333-0631

Did they threaten criminal charges or tell u that u are going to be going to court

410-220-0288 automated service calling leaving vm with demands that I call this toll free number 877-333-0631.  I don't ever respond to "or else" outreach calls with no details or info on the business.  I researched and the company is a SCAM! Hang up and don't give them any info!

Got a recorded asking for someone I do not know I have called back and get a recorded message to enter the extension of the person to speak to left numerous messages telling them they are calling the wrong person today I answered the call and said hello they hung up

Got this number calling me, talking about a lawsuit and listing a number that I had to call asap or risk going to court. I decided to call them back, the first lady on the phone was nice enough, telling me I had an outstanding cash loan from CashNetUSA (which I did and had completely forgotten about). She transferred me to some guy that was much less considerate. I asked him how much I owed. I knew the original loan was about $200- and in california they cannot charge you over a certain amount for payday loans. He listed some crazy $1,360 something amount, and I realized that this was a HUGE scam. I logged on to my cashnet account and realized that with them, the amount owed wasn't even $300. IF THIS NUMBER CALLS YOU: they somehow got your number from a loan-type company and they ARE a scam. If they call you, tell them you know they are a scam and you will be paying [insert your loan company name here] directly, that you have spoken with them and are aware of this company's lies. This -should- stop them calling. If they continue, keep calling them and telling them you will NOT be paying them money and that you know their tricks. Also... pay off your loans through the place you got them.  

Please contact your Attorney General's office.  File a complaint either over the phone or online.  These people call me several times each day and they are a scam!  But the only way they will be stopped is if the legal system gets involved and shuts them down!!!

I got a call from 1-410-220-0288 they said they were Forensics Check Services and said they made several attempts to contact me with no response that they were going to submit the paperwork in my area to continue with lawsuit .. Order no. 127050 for either me or my lawyer to call 1-877-333-0631 ...  Blocking these 2 numbers

I got an automated call from (760) 314-6264 for me to call Forensic Check Services. The number to return call is (877) 333-0631.  Same kind of information others are reporting.  They are relentless and even though you tell them not to call place of employment, they still do.  Very annoyed!!!!

Just had a voicemail message (came up as "private number" on my cell), caller "David Solomon" from Forensic Check Services. Same story as the others described, has to be a scam. I was laughing because as he said, " please reference case # ..".  he actually sounded like he was making up a case number on the spot! So unprofessional.

Exact same message was left on my VM multiple times - I filed a Police report with at my local law enforcement office, and they verified that this is in fact a scam to extort money from people.  Do NOT give them any personal information - hang up -
They will NEVER follow through will any 'case filing' of any sort -
Also, as an FYI - the Police officer told me that any legit company trying to collect an actual debt will NEVER give you a summons over the phone, they would send the documentation via certified mail.

got a call today...didnt pick up the phone...so they left a msg saying the same BS listed above...about the lawsuit and failure to respond in the first place...They call like millions times a day starting at 6 am...really annoying...For some reason sometimes Block Service doesnt block their calls...Really tired of these scammers...

Mine was about a lawsuit my lawyer or I needed to respond to.  It was one of those automated voice things.  It was quickly followed by one saying I was listed as a reference on file number something-or-other.  The second time they claimed to be Forensic Check Services, at a different 877 number.

Claimed to be Forensic Check Services. Automated dialer with message to call 877-333-0631. Came from number in San Antonio, TX (210-819-6197). They somehow have my number listed for someone else.

These people are blowing up my phone from an unavailable number, I do not answer calls unless I see they are on my contact list. They finally left a message saying that were with Check forensic Services and I have been writing bad checks. I DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY CHECKS! WTF... Then saying that, me not picking up the phone gives them a right to summons me to court!> Really???? bad checks law per my state?I am reporting them to the FBI website just like every other lazy human that just can't earn an honest living. Get a call from an unknown number telling me that I have 48 hours to call them back. Gave me a number 8773330631 to call back and a summons number to reference to. He never gave a name of the company he was calling from. They have approval to file a lawsuits against me per my areas laws. Whatever that means!!!!! I refuse to call back. They blow my phone up all day long and well into the night.

Got a call from this number as well. Its a HUGE scam. Do not give them any information. Report them to the Attorney Generals Office immediately. Only they can investigate and get them shut down

Tell them you know they are a scam and that you have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and they will stop.
