I am an ex employee of the same company you are talking about.  We don't and have never taken anything via wire.  We do send validation letters and receipts of payment.  We don't use cell phones and our number has not changed since we got it.  Also, it is not legal to record in most states without the knowledge of both parties.  If you think you have a case, which you don't cause your accusations are all false, then the gentleman or lady that posted below you, gave some very good information on the laws and what you can do.  The only reason I am not with this company is because I had to move to another state to take care of a sick relative.  But I will say this, if you paid your bills, you wouldn't have collection agencies calling you or and you would probably feel better about yourself inside if you have any kind of self worth....

As a state employee of NC, I am well aware of the laws and consumer rights one has in reference to Payday Loans as a whole.  I caution those who attempt to use these loans to subsidize their income.  The contracts entered into online are structured by attorneys with specific guidelines and are LEGAL in the states where the loans are solicited. If you apply and accept the money under the terms outlined than you have effectively given away any and all legal recourse.  Read your contract for the terms and you will agree.  If you get the money, pay it and the interest back and learn your lesson before it gets any more expensive! Your so called company took 300 out of someone because their friend owe money and that person  was nice enough to pay 50 for that person because your company threatened that person with jail time. Debt collectors need to get a real job stop buying debt for Penney,s on the dollar and trying to collect 500 times more then what you paid for it.

I also done reaserch on this company,I found out this company has been sued for FDCPA violations on every case I read(information is on Pacer) that this company lost do to default. If there is no proof I owe a debt I dont care what the threat is, I am not going to pay it.  However, if you borrowed money, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that you need to pay it back.  If you already did then so be it...

I agree if you owe a debt you should pay it. The issue hear is that these scumbags will harrass your employer, your family, tell your kids if you don't pay you'll be arrested. Your family shouldn't have to deal with that.They will harrass your family whether you owe the debt or not. It's a shame that scum like you defends dirt bags like these.

I just got called on my cell with a message from a David Gibson, then about 45 seconds later at work from the same guy, but he called himself Craig Davis of Joseph & Associates. He stated to the receptionist to have me call within the hour or she will be in trouble. Pfft, it's either a debt that a new collector is trying to get money for AFTER my bankruptcy (discharged 6/8/2010), or it's one that slipped under the radar screen and it's close to it's SOL and was bought by nazi collectors. I hate those ones.

Pretty extreme tactics you are alleging that are being used... Hope you have them recorded but since every time you have been on, you have exaggerated and lied, I am sure you don't... You should probably try another method of getting paid instead of a frivolous law suit, like get a job...
