i have all reciepts of my bills that are paid and i still get the calls stating they are going to take away my nursing license, they are going to take me to jail, they are unwilling to send me anything my mail or email to show what they are talking about.  which company did you work for?  since everytime i call they answer with a different company name?  it is against the law to threaten a person the way that they have.  it is harrassment to call my employer about a debt that i owe it is none of my co workers business what my bills are.  it is against the law for this company to even talk to my co workers about how if i do not call them back i will be going to jail!  they told me that they had the prosecuting attorney on the other line from the county i am in even gave me a name and when i called the court house they do not know that person and they have no case on me.  you have to send a supena to a person for them to show up in court you can not call and tell them that your case is in 1 hour in a court 24 hours away from you.  i had to talk to 6 people before i could even find out who the debt was suppose to be for and how much i owed them when i told the final lady i had a copy of my reciepts showing that it was paid 3 years ago she told me i was a liar i told her i would send a copy to her and she could not give me an address.  when i looked up the 877 number they called me from it is located i Jacksonville, Fla.   had my lawyer call them and they hung up on my lawyer and called my cell phone while i was in his office and told me not to have my friends call them and pretend to be my lawyer but i was in the lawyers office.  you may have worked for this company and i am sure you did a great job but i am telling you i do not have the debt that they are saying that i have and they are doing illegal things.

see that is one of the problems....you can not give out an address or send anything by mail you only want my credit card  to pay a debt i have reciepts for that it is already paid.

you call my work and threaten my job.  your company called my home and told me 10 year old daughter that her mom better call them back because she had done a bad thing and the was going to get arrested by the police.  called my work telling them that i was going to jail.  told my husband that i was looking at loosing my nursing license and any income i might be getting.  told my husband that i was going to jail for a long time.

cocaine trafficking. Now I can see why these scumbags don't

I just received a call from this number and the dude was getting a attitude with me. I ask for an address; advise me he couldn't give out this information. I ask them to fax me something; he said maybe he will maybe he want. So I was like maybe I will help settle this situation. The guy told me the name of the company is Legal Mediations (or something like that) didn't sound right to me. I advise since this problem is over three years old; its should be on my credit report and I will handle it a different way. So lets see if they still call..

Do you get paid to be on this site answering questions? I am just saying, I owed, I did not pay, NOTHING happened, so what??? But you need to learn proper grammer and spelling before trying to give advice.  Your ignorance makes you look a person trying to get rich off any scam you can.

I contacted BBB and they gave me a different address and different CEO name.  Jon are you sure you have the right info????  They did acknowledge both companies so maybe you need to double check your info...

I got a debt verification letter emailed to me the same day they called me and I do not work for them but they (well 1 lady) was very nice... I did take a loan out and my account was closed and because I was honest, she took the collection fees off ($162) and I settled this. I know they couldn't do anything probably but I did owe something so I tried to do what I knew was right.

Why don't you put the names and addresses,and the name of CEO on this blog if you know it? I bet you work for these scum bags!!!

Hey [***] for brains why are you so chicken to give out your name? I never said  I make money giving advice. I'm only exsposing this company for what it is. I admit my spelling or grammer isn't perfect.
It dosn't change the fact that this company does slezzy stuff,and the CEO Kashanda Brock was arrested for cocaine traffiicking.If you had any nerve you would be fighting on my side instead of

Got a call from this number.  It is a debt collector.  I made payment arrangements with him.  The 2 weeks later he came back to me and said one of my checks came back.  And before I called him back and I made sure that all the checks went thru.  He said No we have are ways to find out that it didnt.  I told him he better check again.  And sure enough he rechecked AND ALL my checks went threw.  And when he call to say that they didnt.  Boy did he have an attitude.  He got my bloodpressure up real bad.

It wouldn't work today. Most of our government (both parties) would be in jail :-)

my mother got a call from them today saying that i had to pay $562 by the end of the business day or they would have a warrant for my arrest and that would cost 1562. I called the company back and the man "officer Schaffer"  was very rude and was trying to bully me into giving him my bank or credit info. Thank good ness i didn't. I called my lawyers and they found out this is a scam.  they said that this company taps into old debts you had and tries to collect them for them selves. it is not going to the original company the debt was from. if you feel you need to give them the money don't give them your actual bank or credit info. just send a money order, but you're just wasting your money on it. I would seek legal advice or call the attorney general's office for your state they know the laws and the scammers out there. Good luck and god bless to all.

yeah they are. after my husband talked with "Officer Schafer" (probably not his real name) and laid him out about losing his nasty attitude and hung up. The scum bag called my old ailing mother harassing her for our new info. I'm so glad we didn't pay that .  These people need to find a honest and legal job. They need to read the bible about doing unto others as you would want them to do to you.
