Krazy is full of lies! The people at 877-333-5260 are nothing but bottom feeding debt collectors. That aren't licensed anywhere and CAN NOT take any legal action against you. DON'T Pay them anything report them to your state's Attorney General's Office. They are criminals that are violating the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Not paying a debt is not a crime. What this Scum does is a crime!

Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG. Buy a whistle or air horn and use it, God will forgive.

GREAT idea...Next time somebody calls you from this bogus company full of bullies comitting FRAUD, take a whistle and blow it in their ear.  They called you and are harassing you.  DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY A DIME.  Even if you have a million charge-offs - do NOT pay this company any money.  It's an unethical company who has been collecting money by bullying people and they are NOT licensed or authorized to collect the money.  If they were, they would do things the LEGAL way.  Not to leave out that they cannot do anything for your credit but make it worse!   The people who leave messages on this board claiming this company filed a lawsuit against them, do NOT believe them.  They work for the company.   They enjoy happy hour and the only way they can booze up after a long day of bullying people is if they collect YOUR money.

The owner's name is THAI HAN.  THAT'S THAI HAN.

I keep getting messages from this number telling me that I need to call the process service verifications dept from stopping this fraud from going to court in which i am named the defendant in this case.  I had a friend check for me and there is nothing out there regarding this.  I was pretty freaked out.  It turns out that I had paid this card off and they are accessing old debts.  Be very careful.  I can't believe I actually lost sleep from this.
Thank goodnes I had to good sense to question why my original debt was minimal and the pay off they wanted was sky high.
    Be careful.

Restricted call came on my cell phone.  I answered it and a idiot identified himself as Michael Jones, consolate.  That's right.  He said I need to call this  it, they'll claim that's what they are.  They want me to pay them a crazy amount of money on something I don't own. They are NOT a licensed collection agency, just a company trying to scam people out of money.  I didn't fall for their crap and even though they keep on calling me demanding and threatening I pay them thousands of dollars, I'm hoping one day they'll realize they are not going to get any money from me.  Keep trying though.

I have been reading the posts before me.  I too received a call on my cell this morning.  It was marked PRIVATE so I did not answer.  The voice mail is exactly what everyone is saying. That this person had just received a report in his email that I will be served. Confirmed my address which made me a bit uncomfortable, but not my employment. Left a case # and the 877 phone number. Googled the telephone number and was shocked to see that it is indeed a scam. WOW, unreal.

They called my father and he passed along the message.  I called back and when the "Legal dept" answered I pressed a couple buttons and said, "This call is now being recorded.  What can I do for you?".  I got an instant dial tone.  Don't fall for it!

I got a call from these people a few days ago. A Mr. Steven Anderson supposedly was talking to me. The debt is 6 years old. They were talking about the debt being jacked up to $6000 including attorney fees and so forth. I smelled a rat pretty quickly when even though they could get $6000 they were willing to settle for $1000.

I intended to check this number and comments about this number and I am glad I did. The name the scammers are using is KSR

My sister in law received a call from these people looking for me and threatening me with a lawsuit.  I have attempted to call them and only get a "General Delivery" mailbox.  I left a message for them to call me directly as I believe they are trying to scam people.  I may be reached at 501-416-2015 and if help is needed to prosecute these people for fraudulent collections attempts I will be happy to assist.

so not true when get served you have so many days to reply and to work out an agreement you can avoid it going completely to court. Anyone believing you do not believe you can still work out an agreement  because once you are served with a cival suit  for a debt you have to sign and send papers back to the company or lawyer with in 20 days or your lawyer should contact them and you can still work out a payment agreement before it proceeds further once you agree on a payment plan or agreement you should get copies to sign and keep from the lawyer or court not a verbal order or phone call!!!! Really think some of us don't know the law you must be one of them If you are a real office why won't you give your full address when asked or full company name or when asked proof of the debt and why when someone says to you if this is true then send me prove why would you say send you a letter and laugh!!!! And then state a summons is coming sometime today or tomorrow because we will not confirm information sounds like a scam or scum bag tactics to me maybe you are ones who are taking part in these unfair acts

If you have not paid on the debt for six years check into your states statue of  limitations and then if it falls under your states limitation let them know you know the law and contact a fair collections act attorney,

Report a phone call from 877-333-5260:

The company that called you.
