I had recieved a call from Mr. Conrad Masters on my voicemail saying that that I had committed fraud.
I had called back, come to find out it was my delinquent account I am tryin to get takin care of, but I have lost my job and at least he has made a settlement of $5 I could pay with money order.

While I tried to get a hold of him, yesterday and the person answering the phones told me that I shouldn't be paying a money order and that it was risky. I had called the next day, the same person that answered my call yesterday had told me that Mr. Masters is not in the office but will return within the hour, I called back within the hour 4 times, then a different person answered I had asked her name, she said, "The Receptionist", she kept refusing to tell me her name, so she finally connected my call to Mr. Masters, I said that I was tryin to get a hold of him yesterday and today, he expressed that his son was graduating yesterday and that is why I couldn't get a hold of him .

I had told him that about the man who told me that I shouldn't send a money order and Mr. Masters informed that I could. I asked for a statement of what I owe and what I would be sending. He told me he couldn't until I get him the $5. I double checked the address with Mr. Masters and asked if I need to put the case# on the money order? He said, "Yes"   While we were tryin to get a settlement, I heard over the phone that Mr. Masters had to go to the confernece meeting.

People, there are a lot of jerks in the world and they don't seem to give a damn, all they want is MONEY!!!!!!!! They don't care if your struggling and barely getting by, they just want money!!!!

My sister-in-law received a call from this number. They were calling in regards to an old debt. She called me and was freaking out because they told she had an hour to make a payment or they were going to sent the Sheriff to serve them with papers. If she didn't make the payment in an hour, they told her that they were going to take her vehicle, which is paid off and has nothing to do with the old debt. She called me crying and asked for my help. I did some research and found this on another website:

I did a search for this. It appears to be a Bangladesh-based company using underhanded tactics to collect old debts. There may also be some scamming taking place. Here's a link: krsbd.com

It's not obvious from the home page that they offer collections services. It's buried in the site. Perhaps they think that since they're offshore, they can use illegal collection techniques. I urge you to record their calls, including when and how often they occur, and report this company to your state attorney general.

My father who is 81 just got a call from them. I called them back explaining they couldn't take a dime from him since he is on fixed income and they were rude and hung up on me. I told my dad to mess with them since they cannot touch him according to my attornies. I hate collectors. Plus, I wanted to verify it was for my dad not my brother with the same name who actually committed suicide june 11, 2010 from bill collectors.

All the same people. Looks like some of their goons are also posting on here to make them seem more believable. They are very official and believable sounding when they call you. They first contacted me back in May, didn't pay them a dime and haven't seen anything in writting or from the sheriff's dept. I am in the phone book and easily findable, yet they called my in-laws yesterday looking for me.

This might be a Third party Debt collector.Could be that they could send some one to serve you  with a legal action, but more likely if is a legitimate account those papers would be already in your hands.
They told me that they will send the Deputies right away.Like yeah! the deputies are going to be there in less than 20 minuest , LMAO!
Most of the times they want to frighten you! If your debts is more than $10,000 just go trough the Bankruptcy process , whether there is Chapter 7 or 13 and pay the debts , you might be paying less that this [***] are charging you! Yes , you  might pay between 3000 and depending in your situation trhough your lawyer and court fees but at the end is better.! At least you are free from this people,2. no body can treten you , they take away your piece of mind and your score is going to be bad , but who cares after the 4 to 7 years you can star over again but with this companies never settle for less, they will never ever take you of "your score will be "charge off" and that  is as worst as never paid or paid late.
I did it and I fell alot better, paying my debts sooner , and depending on your case you could still get some loans approved trough the Court and that something AWESOME, don't pick the phone ignored them if you like but don't settle . consult the attorney, .Is not expensive believe me ,
Make yourself a favor get a good attorney or go through the Credit Counseling Services they can refer you through a good attorney! Mine is a Christian and Christians are more likely to be less crooked thatn others !

They started out saying they had a subpoena for him to appear in court & ended with they had a warrant for his arrest.  This number belongs to KRS Co. It does appears to be a Bangladesh-based company as said above & there are numerous complaints about the & scams. Report these people! File a report to www.ftc.gov or call 877-382-4357 and file a report.

I was told to call this number and speak to the Legal Department~was given an Case File Number to reference. I had my husband call and he spoke with a so-called "Collection Agent". This CA verified my SS# with my husband seems to have accessed my credit report infromation somehow. If it were not for the fact that I have NEVER been late on a payment and have a high credit score, I could have fallen victim to this scam since they have so much information.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! My husband became very irrate when the CA accussed me of being a con-artist and liar with various aliases. They also stated they can not wait to take me to court! It is frightening that unknown people are able to obtain such personal infromation. I am looking into better protection of my information. It is pathetic that these people are unable to be prosecuted! BEWARE!!

I got a call today from a 'restricted' number.  I picked up and some guy said his name was 'Michael'.  He first said he was a process server and then said a Sheriff process server.  He said he's been trying to serve me a lawsuit (even provided some bogus lawsuit number to really 'scare' me). I asked who was suing me...he said he couldn't give me that info but it had to do with 'fraud'.  I asked what his number was and he said he could not give me his number.  I told him I would meet him some place to serve me, and he insisted I call 1-877-333-5260.  I called the number and spoke to a guy named 'Ricky Martin'...yes, 'Ricky Martin'.  I got all excited thinking it was, well 'Ricky Martin'...Anyway, the guy said the lawsuit was filed and that I could settle this immediately by giving him 1200.00.  He couldn't provide me with much information though.  I asked when the suit was filed...didn't know.  I asked who the lawyer was...didn't know.  I even jokingly said 'what was Ricky Martin's most famous song'...

Anyway, this is obviously a shady business and well, some advice to these scumbag collectors.  Use more recent 'hip' pop artists and not has beens from the the 90's.  If you would have said you were Lady GaGa, you might have gotten some money from me (only if you would have promised some concert tickets, though).

People...there are laws protecting consumers, too.  This company obviously feels that they are above the law.

By the way, this 'fraud' debt he was accusing me of not paying was a credit card, NOT FRAUD, from 2005 that I paid in full in 2006.

Make sure you report any illegal or unethical calls and/or threats to the Attorney General's Office and BBB.  If you don't report them, they'll continue to use these 'scare' tactics.

Don't let these idiots stress you.  They are bogus.  They've been harassing me for over a month.  I paid off all of my credit cards so I don't owe anybody anything.  They claim they filed a lawsuit against me for some kind of fraud.  I've never been involved in fraud or anything illegal so they are scammers.  In any event, I went down to the courthouse and spoke to the clerk because I wanted to find out what was going on.  There is nothing filed against me.  When I called the 877 number, the guy told me I had to pay them some rediculous amount of money in order for this to stop.  I asked what they have that I owe, he couldn't even answer me.  I would recommend that you document all of the calls and tell them you are recording the calls for your own protection.  Call the Attorney General's office and put in a complaint.  In the meantime, tell them to go F*** themselves.

The owner of this unethical company falsely accusing innocent people of comitting fraud is Joseph E. Dorsey, according to a number of ripoff report websites.  The company is located in Orange County California.  You can see if Mr. Dorsey obeys all of the laws in Orange County by going to their website and doing a free search.  Also go to their civil section and see if he pays all of his bills.  He very well could be a law abiding citizen...or maybe he's not.  He could pay all of his bills on a timely basis - maybe he doesn't.  Whatever the case, they need to stop harassing people.

    NEVER
give a debt collector your banking or credit card information.

They will take much more than you authorize.

    NEVER
do "checks by phone" as debt collectors could empty your bank account.

      You would have little recourse.

    NEVER
send them money via Western Union.
    BEWARE
Paying a collector will NOT get an amount removed from

your credit report. They do NOT have that ability.

    RECORD
conversations with collectors (where legal) so they can be

held accountable if they break the law.

    NEVER
do anything based only on a phone call.  A legitimate collector

should be willing to put agreements in writing BEFORE a payment is made.
