- Dead RisingI got hit for $59.57 yesterday and I'm sure everyone who posted here knows that their reaction to this kine of &^%^ was blowing your stack; and being completely pissed off. I have BofA and I called them up today. And they completely took care of it and credited my account with it. Now I can enjoy Superbowl Sunday in peace and enjoyment!
- Julia replies to DedeOn 1/29/2010 my debit visa card was charge $92.31. Why isn't this a red flag to the banks. There is no invoice #, no description etc. Someone needs to be watching out for us.
- ThomasSame problem here in New York, but they used my son's email, a minor.. don't know how they got hold of my account. Was hit for $92.37 yesterday..
called them and was told to call back in a few days.. gave me a Confirmation number.. - CrochI called after I saw charges on my Mastercard and knowing full well that I did not order anything through "webhosting". When I called 8773377941 , the individual that I spoke with acted like a complete jerk advising me that if I interrupted him again that he would be "forced" to hang-up on me. He did advise me that he cancelled my account and provided a confirmation number. I called again and spoke with someone else and apparently the little twerp did not do as he said he would, so I second person I spoke with processed the refund.

- SallyM replies to DakotahThis sounds similar to my experience today. I was billed $94 - supposedly for vitamens (even though the emailed purchase receipt had no shipping address listed). Your experience when calling mirrors mine. The person could not provide much assistance to explain the charge or how it occurred and refused to transfer me to a manager. I even asked to speak to the lady I heard in the background and he refused. My debit/credit card now has a block on it, but how they got it in the first place is beyond me.
- CrochPlease help to shut this company down and do as I did: file a complaint w/ the BBB of Utah, the Utah Attorney General's Office and Utah Consumer Protection Agency. The links are as follows: http://consumerprotection.utah.gov/complaints/index.html,

- Randy in Westport WA replies to itiscriminal| 2 repliesIt started in December I ordered teeth whitner from smiletonight whitner for a free sample but I had to pay for postage of $ 1.00 using my credit card.Jan statement came and $92.37 was charged to my credit card I called my card company and because I paid the fraud insurance on my card which is real cheep, they removed the charges. SO I opened my E-Mail yesterday 2-9-2010 and i recieved an e-mail from wyatt Johnson WWW.wyatt@webhostservicesonline.com charging me $ 92.37 for web services. I called my bank real pissed and gave them all this info they will not charge me onece again and told me not to delete the e-mail. End of story, if its too good to be true dought it and move on. THANKS FOR THIS PAGE TO VENT BUT IF YOUR READING THIS YOU MUST OF GOTTEN SCREWED TOO.
- bjdevin28 replies to DedeI received an email also. I called and cancelled my card with the bank and reported them to our fraud department. I also emailed the company to let them know what I had done. I actually received an email response with a cancellation number that said they were processing my refund. I'll be checking my bank statement to make sure. Not sure if the bank had been in contact with them yet, but just the fact that I invoked their name may have made a difference. The email also said that I had signed up with their Health and Beauty Program for a trial period that was dated the day of the receipt that they emailed me which I never did. Don't know where it's coming from. I still think it's an aftermath of the Dazzlewhite/Smilebrite deal that I thought I had succeeded in canceling, but they denied it. Best of luck getting yours straightened out.
- Mysticalion@AOL.COM replies to Randy in Westport WA| 1 replyYes It happened to me exactly like you said and now I just received another...Stay away from anything for FREE or too good to be true...
- NYC replies to Mysticalion@AOL.COMI called Web Host Services immediately the 2nd time I saw $92.47 posted. The first time I didn't know till too late! I got a cancellation and confirmation # and told it would be no more....Few days ago I received another tooth whitener kit. When I called back they said it was cancelled with NOTHING to worry about! I asked if sooo many innocent people around the country had thousands of dollars stolen, why can't this NOW be stopped? This Guy had the nerve to say "It's a good product & NOBODY IS STEALING ANYTHING FROM ANYONE!" The audacity!!! Something should be done..
