1-877-338-3496 despite earlier posts above this is not a collection number nor is it a Microsoft scam number.  It is purely a number to hack down your minutes if you have a Tracfone.

Just got that call. called the REAL number that's on the back of your card. They have NO idea who that numbers is and are looking into it

This is probably Cabelas calling to collect a debt, if you have a smartphone, add the number to your reject list, and it will never ring again...

Caller was from Cabella's Club-World's Foremost Bank. Evidently re credit card bill. One of our customers received 19 calls from them in May 2014.

Cabelas will call repeatedly until you answer without leaving a message. Pick up the phone and answer it. They are very professional and have not been a problem at all the times I have had to deal with them. Each time I have given a date that I expected to be able to pay and they have not called back until past that date. Fairly courteous for debt collection.

I just home from the hospital after back surgery and while I was there my wife said she was getting phone call from 877-338-6191 6 or seven times a day.  They told her they were Cabelas, but the number did not match any number on their statement. I called the number on the statement and the number is from them, told them that I had not received a statement for last month.  They mailed out statements for October on 22 September.
Got things straighten out I hope and the calls will stop.

If you have an iPhone, you can block calls from this number through the 'Recents' list on the Phone screen.

Hey Guys....as many of you do.....I have approximately 300 numbers on my call blocker......Hadj and Skinny try to call me all of the time.......worthless scumbags that they are....BUT....I DID call the number on my Cabelas club card.....they verified my ID......and informed me that the 877 338 6191 IS IN FACT a number from another department in Cabelas...Seems I'm 2 days late on my payment.....THEY ARE A PAIN IN THE ASS....but legitimate none the less. Just call the number on your card and check it out......I CAN'T EVEN COUNT THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THAT IVE BEEN CALLED BY SCAMMERS.....AND I FEEL FOR YOU ALL. Just trying to help out......Molan Labe.

Legit call for Cabela's Visa.  New account and forgot to make my payment because it wasn't electromic statement.  Also got a letter yesterday and made my payment to catch up.  Switched to electronic statement now.

I've gotten four calls from this number, 877-338-6191, in the last couple days, waking me and my family.  They leave no voice mails.  Thanks to this forum, I found out it was from Cabel's.  Yes, I had missed a payment on my credit card, BUT, they should have left a voice mail.  I paid it today, hope it stops the calls.  In the meantime, I blocked the number.

I live  220 miles north of Green Bay, WI.  I only visited Green Bay once in 2015.  Someone charge ((99 dollars to my Credit Card on a day that I was not in Green Bay, WI.  I wrote 3 times to Cabela's Credit card but they still keep hounding me to pay up. This fraud just keeps up.

I've been a Cabela's Club member for about 8 years.  I *love* Cabela's, and I wish there was a Cabela's store in my state (CA)!  Between my wife and myself, we have four VISA cards.  Whenever I've missed a payment, they call within 5 days, which seems fair to me.  They are *always* professional, they *do not* telemarket, and they don't call multiple times per day!  But they *are* a financial institution (ie, a bank).  Turns out, that I accidentally made the automatic payment date for the same date the bill was due, so some payments cleared within the 5-day grace period, and some didn't.  Got it fixed, and no more calls.

It is Cabellas.  They intentionally do not send out statements, then harass you via phone.  I would recommend never doing business with them.  I no longer shop at their store because of the way they handle their credit card accounts.  Very unprofessional.
