Same story  Receiving People Mag. did not order ......file 88  Garbage can

I am also receiving People magazine, which I did not subscribe to. And it's being sent to someone who doesn't live at my address. I told USPS to stop delivering, but they haven't. Then I was going to call the customer service number on the address label, but now I'm not sure if I should. Nothing helpful comes up when I Google the number except for this site.

Received EW magazine but did NOT order them. Got to be a scam. Phone on label us 877-345-9503

I didn't get any calls but I got Southern Living magazine without signing up.

I received a Southern Living that I did not order - not my name but my address. This number is the customer service number on the mailing label which I called to cancel the subscription. The person I reached was just a bit too chatty and talked over me and sounded fishy. He was able to look at some records, though, and informed me that I had also mistakenly received in the past a Better Homes & Garden, In Style, and Harper's Bazaar - this was correct. (I had previously cancelled each one of these by calling the phone number listed IN the magazine for customer service.) He then proceeded to try to sell me on subscribing to the magazine. I told him I wasn't interested and hung up. I do not know if he would have proceeded to ask for my credit card number, but I suspect that was the point.

Just received a Food & Wine without subscribing to it. The label is my name & address from Customer Svc 877-345-9503.

I just received Food and Wine also...no company name on the shipping label, just the 877 number

We received Food & Wine mag in my husband's name, which he did not order. I have been calling these # which appears on the mailing label for 2 days.Can't understand their initial outgoing message, then it says to hold... the call rings endlessly. There is no charge on our credit card. If I can't reach them by Monday I will try reporting as mail fraud.

Same. I live in NJ.

They keep sending me magazines I did not ask for or ordered from. I would like it to stop.

So what is the big deal?  You aren't paying for it.  Simply either put it in the recycle bin or cut the name area off and donate it somewhere.

I just rec'd 9 magazines I never ordered with the customer service number 877-345-9503. It appears the scam is back again and I will report it to the FBI link that someone posted.
