Jargony muffled call attempting to scare me using legalese from Samantha Morgan issuing a summons to my physical address and place of employment w/i 48 hours to locate me, if not sending to Bedford Co. clerk's office to issue a federal stand down stop order.  Hmm where is Bedford County?  Not in this state.  Umm ok scammer stop order away, lol!

Scam. Said documents are not going to be served to my local jurisdiction today but that could change over night. If I want to gets this unattached to my SSN call back right now. !!!! Ugh I don’t even have any past due debts wtf? Sounds like they are trying to scare people into calling. Wrong!

Called and left a message to inform me of a "complaint" about me that had been issued. Gave me his name Chad or Chod Tucker, extension number and provided a case number, but never identified what agency he was calling from. The phone number he called from was not the same number that he indicated I should call back. I haven't called back because this stinks and seems awfully suspicious. I hope there's a special place in hell for these scammers.

This number called, but was not for me. Seems like they are using scare tactics claiming " Said documents are not going to be served to my local jurisdiction, but that could change overnight". Ya uhm okayyyy....If you have to call from a restricted #, this is not a legit call....Just saying....

Got a message from this number same as others saying a case was "being filed against me".  Could hear call center noises in the background.  Gave me a case number and  said "that will follow all proceeds".  They used my maiden name so they must be pulling from the archives to find me.  Not calling back sounds like a scam to me!

Abusive, stating that they are now being forced to send a summoning via courier. This call isn’t for me either, but they are calling over and over leaving messages.

They call me yesterday saying my husband owe on a loan but something doesn’t seem right because why they called my phone & not his. And they are just talking to me about his business I know I’m his wife but I sure they would want to talk to him

You're being called by a Scammer. They don't want to talk to your husband because a lot of the deluded fools think that women might be easier targets. Scammers aren't very bright. Ignore the call & block the number.
