Caller from 877-349-6123 and the message stated "Hi message is solely for (my name) and (last 4 of my SS#) or my name is (didn't disclose) and I am with .... (again didn't disclose). I'm attemptiong to give you a legal notification in regards to a letter that was sent at on (my residence address), Uhmmm letter basically stated that your name and Social Security number have been pre-qualified ...... moving forward into Ventura. I was offering you an opportunity to file a statement to file a statement ... Uhmmmmin regards to the paper work in my office but at this point unfortunately you have eliminated the opportunity to contact any decisions being made on your behalf by this office. If you would like more information or did not get the letter that I sent you, I suggest that you contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I am (again did not disclose name). I have paper work downstairs.
First of all, I've never applied for anything nor have received any legal letter from anybody or any company.

Boy, talk about a confusing message! Half of it sounds like the fake process server scam and half of it sounds like the pre-approved for a fake loan scam. Either way, it's quite clearly a scam of some sort and worth blocking the number.

Said left messages that she is labeling me Non-Compliant and verifying assets etc.

Apparently she means you're Non-Compliant in falling for her scam, whichever one she's trying to pull. :-)

woman named Emily virgos wanting to do a background investigation on someone i'm not related to ..sounds like they are skip tracing for a debt for this person and since I have the same last name they must think we r related..sheesh...deleted the message..

Most likely an extortionist and that person is the intended victim.  Yes, they call anyone and everyone because that is how they start their crime.  It is intended to embarrass the intended victim.

This Burgos person keeps calling only she’s not calling my number she calling a family member with shared last name. She left the same full message that a previous reporter wrote with my name last four and contacting Human Resources to assess my assets before taking legal action.

My husband received a similar phone call. Were you able to find out more info in this? Was your identity compromised?

i am getting non stop calls from this number. they have called each member of my family my reletives who shares same last name.

Wanted me to do a voice conference call , had info about my previous employer and said he contacted the county where I live and wanted to resolve in his words "this deboggle*.

Got a message couldn't identify caller name said he was from IDS Arbitration, said I needed to call regarding a breath of contact case, and it would be in my favor to call. Won't be calling. I know I'm not in breach of any contracts. Total scam.
