Calls almost daily leaving no message.  Called my son yesterday and left a voicemail claiming to be Maurice Hunter from ABC Fraud Division.  Said he's trying to locate me regarding a default (I have none) and would be serving me documents if I do not call him back.  FRAUD is right.

Called and left a vm for my brother claiming there was fraudulent activity involving his ssn and bank accounts.  Said they would be forwarding the information to the county attorney.  Ok, that's fine-at least it would be legit.

Called stating there is fraudulent activity associated with my SSN and bank account. Funny things is,  I DO NOT HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT. Yep, this number is straight spam....until I hear something from my local government or state government or receive something from  them by mail then you can go ahead and continue forwarding information to the County Attorney Office.

Received this call on my vm stating her name was Linda Lawson with ADC Fraud Prevention and there was a fraudulent activity associated with my SSN and Bank account.  If I didn't call back then there's legal actions taken well you know what take them.  Scammer

Called and left a message saying a fraudulent activity with my ss# and bank acct# has occurred and I needed to call Linda Lawson...consider this my notification and if I didn't call them back they would be forwarding my non response to court and good luck

Florida requires debt collectors to be licensed and there are no companies with those names that have licenses.
The address in the above state registration is an apartment complex and 102 is probably the apartment number.  The address in the Whois registration also seems to be an apartment.

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Crooks, gotta love em.  Dumbest creatures in the Universe.  Opened this whole thing up because of that one LinkedIn post.  I never even thought of looking over there.  Have to remember to do that.

Got the same message.  Right last name incorrect first.  Said the exact same thing

Recieved call from Wenda or Linda Lawson (computerized) claiming to be from ADC and that there was fraudulent activity on my account on my bank account and social security.   If I was non responsive they would check my name off and turn it over tot he county.   They wished me good luck and said I was legally notified.

Called with same message for someone I knew who has died earlier this year. I did not answer to it.

Called requesting my SSN over and over in order to resolve a fraud issue regarding me.  I advised them to send the info to me certified letter return receipt requested.  I was then advised by the female caller that I could consider myself served legally.  They then called my parents to attempt to extract this same info from them about me.

This guy Phil has called me telling me that he has a complaint filled in his office about a Payday loan company that is no longer in business. First Payday loans are illegal in the state of Georgia second not paying one is fraud. He's calling me making threats to send it to my county police. He's also calling several of my family members after he's been told not to call them from me and from the them. He's violating so many of my rights and when I'm asking him for details he's refusing to give me anything. I've googled the address he's given me and also Google searched the phone number and several complaints about this company being a fraud.
