Why the heck do we thank these jerks that bug us with scams?  I guess we think we should be polite to everyone.  My feelings – screw them.  There trying to take our money, waste our time.  I say jerk them around like they want to jerk us around.

This is still being used as a bogus removal number on scam junk faxes.  The fax I received was the typical travel scam.

Recv'd fax at work to call 888-504-1173 for "Time to Travel - Your Ticket to Exceptional Savings" - lists outrageous deals for travel (8 days/7 nights in Hawaii including airfare = $199.98).   Fax goes on to say to call 877-370-2808 to be removed from database.  Didn't even bother to call it.  One more thing - on the fax you can't see it but it has SCAM written all over it!!!!

There is no possible way for those vacation deals to be legit.

Watch out because once you call a telemarketer, since YOU initiated the correspondence, THEY can call you all they want and the "do not call" service cannot do anything to them.

What I do sometimes is I DO call them back and I DO get rude and vulgar (I include their wife or mother) with them until they hang up. I keep repeating the process until I get tired. Can they complain to authorities? Probable not since they are a clandestine operation.

Re. "call the toll free number over and over," all harassment calls are illegal but who's watching? Just remember *67 will not block your calling number from toll-frees like 888s. Some harass the scammers to get them to delete their number from their robo-dialer.

Received yet another spam fax from this most likely fraudulent company. Thanks for wasting my paper. Go scam someone else. "Details" are as follows (feminine handwriting - a sharpie marker - not dated)

Received "too good to be true" travel fax. Toll free number is 1-877-302-2183 and fax removal number is 1-877-370-2808. I am not calling either number because these "removal" numbers seem to INCREASE the number of faxes they send.

Bogus vacation package fax thats too good to be true!  No company name or address. This number listed as a removal number.  Obviously they use this number for many scams.

I RECEIVED A FAX ADRESSED TO DEAR, asking me if I needed mentoring to improve my business.  Turns out Simon West (from whom the letter came) is an alias for someone else.  Moreover, the number to be removed from their fazing list, 877 370 2808 doesn't work.  The "name" of the ocmpany is wall street advisors.  SCAM SCAM SCAM

Today I received a FAX supposedly from Bank Capital Direct, said to call 888-620-1040   or visit their website www.bankcapitaldirect.com  and to call 877-370-2808 if no longer interested?

Doing a Google Search, found this doctor with the same number 888-620-1040 ?
