Received fraudulent charges on my phonebill from 877-373-6363.  Also, 888-353-2801 and 800-360-0518.  Verizon WILL NOT reimburse my $40.00.

my daughter fell victim too. alltel states if call the number can try to get reimbursement, but did not reimburse me either.

charges are being done through texting beware!!!!

Did u sign up for IQ test or something. I think of that one.

I keep receiving text messages from various phone #'s,
one being 877-373-6363.  If I reply STOP, then I get
another message saying my subscription is cancelled.

Trying to cancel, I didn't order this and want it off my phone..

I am getting several messages from all over the place all across the country and this number 1-877-373-6363 That is from something that is 9.99 mo. for something I never subscribed to or even heard of. I send stop 2 this service several times it said u r not subscribed and I keep getting messages. I told Verizon to block my all text's and they are still coming to me. I don't even use text messaging I do not like using it. I am really mad these text keep coming to my phone. If they do not stop I will go to another company for my service.

You have to text the word STOP with nothing else in the body of the text to 77899 and 44123.  You also need to call your wireless provider to have these numbers blocked from your account.  If you took the IQ test on facebook or one of the other social networking sites and entered your cell phone number to get the results, you were automatically subscribed at a cost of $9.99 per service.  I got charged $40.00 on my current bill.

I was charged $9.99 on my phone without knowingly authorizing charges. I want these charges off my phone bill immediately.

I received about 5 text messenges from this number in a halk hours time. Never subscribed to anything, called verizon and they won't do anything about it.

Verizon will not do anything about these kinds of issues, at least nothing that solves the problem.  I just called the two numbers 1-866-260-6815 and 1-877-373-6363 in order to cancel my "subscription".  I got suckered in through the Facebook IQ Test by putting in my cell number.  I am sure that won't happen again.
