something from facebook trivia app. just trying to play a game. sent 6 texts in a row from 77899 without prompt and said "you now have shot.... 9.99 message/data rates" immediately sent cancel and it never sent another one but it still came up on my phone bill. All i did was put my number in the box and never signed up for anything. i guess that's all they needed. watch out people.

The only way to get a reimbursement is through the fraudulent company and the BBB will help with that.

receiving charges for something we never subscribed to from 1-877-3sendme. T-Mobile said they would remove the 9.99 month charges plus block the number, but we have yet to see results.

Sorry to hear that happened. I did that too and then I got a message talking about that if i replied that I would be charged $10 a month. I texted them STOP and said that I wasn't subscribed to anything. I just checked my phone bill and I got charged the ten dollars.

It was the same situation with me. I called the number 877-373-6363 and told the situation and cancel with returning check; they already charged $$$. You just  call the number...Good Luck!!

After reading the posts on this number I called and was told I had subscribed to an Android Battery Tips subscription. I said I don't think so, but that I remembered getting a message about an update that I was lead to believe came from Verizon. She said, well you had to confirm the download and I said I did because it appeared to be legit. It is now cancelled ( better be ) and supposedly I should be getting a refund from the "company within 2 weeks. We'll see. I told the woman I spoke with that I was reading online about them and none of it was good.

This company charged w/o talking to or getting a reply. Very fraudulent for a company to charge w/o verifying that someone wants their service or product. We get a message and just delete it but they just charge my account.

Recieved two texts from this number at 11 PM.  Looked the number up here and called my provider to make sure i have not been signed up for any unwanted things.  The number is now blocked.

got charged 2 months from this #877-373-6363, I called them and got thru a rep. toldem hoe upset I was that they had subscribed my minor child on wherever they offer, but the rep said they would refund me the money, asked for my info, so I hope I get that refunded, I just want to report this so other clients dont get charged from this scam artist.

I just got the 9.99 charge on my bill. I know for a fact that I never accept charges on my cdll. My husband would be soo pissed offd since he works for the cell phone co.

Charge for $9.99 appeared on my bill from SendmeMobile.  Bill reads 8773736363SendMe77899.  Called T-Mobile.  All the girl in India could tell me was that it was a download charge.  No way....asked T-Mobile for credit and called 877-373-6363 received RoboVoice that asked if I wanted to stop charges to enter my cell number.  Like an idiot, I did....we'll see if the charges stop....so sick of this behavior.....

I was also a victim of this company (SendMe) with the same scam. They made an unauthorized charge ($9.99 PER MONTH) to my cell phone for allegedly providing a games service that I did not request or approve. My research shows that this is a WIDESPREAD problem with MANY people having been affected.

It appears that 1-877-3SENDME is running some kind of scam.  I have a 9.99 charge on my cellphone bill that I in no way authorized.
