Also known as World Wide Processing Group LLC and they are located at 5817 South Park Ave, Hamburg NY 14075 and have a PO Box 2474 Blasdell NY 14219. The owners name is Frank Ungaro and the Director of Operations is Nick Curtis.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

- Caller: Forward Movement Company
- Call type: Debt collector
- Gary korteI continue to get calls and let it go to voice mail. I have not answered nor willi can then back. They also called my daughter and left same voice mail trying to find my whereabouts.
- Caller: FMR
- Call type: Debt collector
- AOThis company left a voicemail on my phone and my brother's phone. They stated that they were looking me. Some auto generated thing pronounced my name completely wrong. I have never taken out a a pay day loan. The voicemail also sounds threatening. hey state that their name is FMR in the voicemail. Beware or you may get scammed.
- Call type: Debt collector
- DarekWhat is lucky he did not know the English language and speaks only interpreter. Simply I sleep peacefully and do not interest me. I'm passing all conversations and phone calls from people unknown to me.
- Anon replies to dontplaymeSadly, as we all know, we're sure this is not her actual name. A Stacey Laurence is probably a fictitious name and can't be traced back to anyone specific. I spoke to a Bob Hall with a heavy middle eastern accent. Not being racist but the reality of it is we know he wasn't a "Bob Hall" lol.
- anthony bunchjust got a call saying they where looking for me and my whereabouts and if i don't call back by law they said they will call my references. did not leave company name.
- Call type: Debt collector
- LillianThey called and left message they were looking for me and would call all my references. Never heard of them
- Caller: FMR
- Judy GLeft a threatening phone message on my fathers answering machine. They Have not looked too hard for me since I've had the same phone number for at least 15 years.
- Caller: FMR
- Frustrated| 1 replyThey keep calling my parents and leaving a voicemail every day looking for me. I don't even live with them. It's kind of creepy what they are doing. I tried calling them back after seeing all of these posts and got a generic business voicemail only stating business name of FMR. Then it said to type in 3 digit extension number if you knew your associate's extension or dial "0". I dialed "0" and then got another voicemail saying sorry they can't take my call but leave my name, number, and best time to call. Of course I didn't. But usually creditors and businesses will give you their operating days and hours too which they didn't. It was too generic of a voicemail to be an actual creditor or someone collecting a debt. I'm going to keep trying them back to see if I can get to the bottom of this. Totally believe this is a scam!
- BigA replies to FrustratedYes it is, you need to read the 2 very informative posts in this thread.
- ScarabThey called and a recorded message said they were attempting to locate someone that is not my name and asked to return their call. Will see if they call back and will block the number if they do.
- Caller: No name given
- Madasking for whereabouts
- Caller: FMR
- Cautious11 replies to TheR00ted0ne| 1 replyNew number for this group: 877-721-6643 "FMR" - threat to proceed with legal actions if I don't call them back today. The voice-mail was actually one of the better ones... I've received 20-30 over the years but this one was almost believable. When you call the # back, you can enter a random 3 digit number (ext #) but it always goes to a recording that "you must be having trouble..goodbye" - even entering "0" for an operator goes to that recording.
- BigA replies to Cautious11This isn't the proper place for that post. Each number has its own thread for a reason. As of right now that thread is empty and anyone searching that number will remain clueless. https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-721-6643
