Thank you very much for all advice. My mother and i received the same lettet of which its for my nephew's vehicle we are trying to pay title loan off he just took out before he and his girlfreind were both shot and murdered. He just turned 19 yrs old not even a week before he was taking from us.
Any way thank all and hope many others will not fall for this scam.

This is a SCAM

I got a letter in the mail saying they have been advised that a price increase to my vehicle service plan. They want me to call them to lower it befor may 29 2019. I fine it funny because i don't own a car and i don't have my licence yet lol. They want me to call 877-397-1024.

I did too,  and the kicker is I just bought my car in April,  2019!!

Got a letter stating my warranty was going to expire on my car.   Just bought my car 3 months ago.   They nerd to be shut down.

Received the letter. Has all these questions on back to answer but no return address anywhere. . they csll all the time too. Such a pain and waste of everybody's time. Scammers need to be under the jail.

They are scammers trying to steal your money and identitym ignore them, Do not give them any information.

I don't have any cars of any kind

I also receive a letter saying that my warranty was going to expire within the next five days I was to call this number and it showed customer ID number i-924 35321 it's a brand new car doesn't even have 3000 mile it's unbelievable how this companies could bring this kind of find print and spend thousands of dollars sending it to spam throw it on the trash

My husband received the letter June 8 2020.Vehicle  Code :R1T2356841 -the same with  Harold Hull  10Jun 2015.We have two cars 2013, and 2000.What is warranty ??? SPAM!!!

calls 3 - 4 times in a day, using a whole lot of different phone numbers.  Total nuisance.
