Nice try...you obviously have an interest in the company being reported in this thread.  Those who seek legal advice DO NOT need to be listening to YOU!!  There is plenty of information available online regarding recording phone conversations and they can also contact an attorney of their choosing.  MOST states consider the recording of phone conversations LEGAL as long as ONE party knows that the conversation is being recorded.  If you are in doubt as to whether your state is amongst those, you can cover yourself by stating at the beginning of the conversation that the phone call is being recorded.  I'm sure everyone has heard this before when calling a company with regard to a customer service issue.  However, be aware that once you have told these scam artists that you are recording the phone call, the next thing you will hear is a *beep* where they have disconnected the call.  They do not want ANYTHING on record.  They will not talk to you if you inform them that you are recording them and they will not send you anything in writing because they do not want a paper trail.  SCAMMERS!!!

The company is called Rincon not Rancom. I worked there until I realized they were using illegal tactics. They are at 495 E Rincon St Corona CA. Union Filing Company and a couple of other of their companies are there also. They are all run by the same person.

They won't leave a message on your answering machine any more either. They want absolutely no trail

I worked there for a short while and a420chick's post is absolutely accurate. John Cook is his real name and he is a true scam artist. He has really long hair all the way to his waist and wears a ponytail or braids. His fake name when he calls people is Jim. Everyone has a fake name for when they call people. John Cook will not answer the phone at Rincon. His personal cell number and the one he uses to get prospective employees is  909-771-9752 . Most of the offices for these scam companies are at 495 E Rincon St. Corona CA.

I am getting the same calls. I don't owe anything. These people are calling my 80 year old grandmother and scaring her thinking I have to be in court in 2 hours or they are gunna come lock me up. These people are nothing but scammers. They harass my family but never call me I'm not that hard to find!!!
