These people continually call me.  Who is it?

I got a call from this number today claiming to be Google.  When I asked if they were Google, she
NO, a contractor for Google.  She said the name of her company was Zipweb!

BEWARE....

Receive calls from this number at least twice a month on our business line.  Always get an open line with no talking,  I usually just hang up but enough is enough!!!!

Receive a call from 877-408-3394 every morning with dead air....call the company....Zipweb.....asked to be removed from the list.  Now I just call them back over and over and leave them hanging with dead air.  I warned them before I started and asked if they liked the dead air treatment....I am hoping the reverse harassment with get me removed from the list.  Also reported them to the FCC.

Have received a call every a.m., including Sat., on my residential phone line.  Just dead air.  Incredibly irritating.

Register you number with the Federal DNC, then start filing complaints.

My line is a busines line......so I cannot make a DNC complaint stick, but the second this happens on a non-business personal line, I'm complaining.  

Just so that everyone understands.......DNC violations are EXPENSIVE.  Punish telemarketers by using the law and filing complaints.

Our small business just got a call from this number, verifying our address and hours of operation, then a pitch to buy  internet search optimization for $100 per month.  When asked to go to voice mail of the person in our office in charge of these decisions, they hung up.  We repeatedly get these kinds of calls trying to sell us employment posters, toner, long distance service.  It is such a waste of staff time, is there anything a small business can do to get these people to stop calling?

They call our small business office multiple times each month.  Whenever I ask them to place us on their DNC list, they hang up.  It is usually dead air and then the person that speaks can barely announce my company name.

So how does a company like this make money? Are they in business just to annoy people with their endless repeat calls? What's their game?

Just called our office which is on the Do Not Call list.  Lady said she was with Access something and wanted to advertise our business on Google.  I immediately told her we were on the Do Not Call list and to remove our number and she kept saying no. When I kept insisting she asked to speak with my manager at which point I just hung up.  I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry.  All it takes is the wrong person in your office picking up the phone and they'll scam you!

Received a call this morning from this number.  They said that they were "Access" something and wanted to feature our company on Google and Yahoo next month.  She wanted to verify our address and information.  I asked her if this was going to cost any money and she said "not to worry" that it was a free service.  None the less, this is not the type of marketing that our business typically engages in, and based on problems we've had in the past, I told her this and hung up.

these people keep calling and keep agreeing to drop my number from their lists, but it never makes any difference. they are continually wasting my time with their annoying telemarketing harassment.

Our office gets at least two calls per week, they tell me they are with Search Marketing Service and our business will be featured online for the next month.  I always inform them that I do not give out personal information about the business over the phone and then they hang up. I do not verify any business information to any number that Caller ID shows as Toll Free Number.

I have been getting calls from this number several times a week for 2 or 3 weeks. I never answer unknown numbers. It is annoying  to have to check .the caller ID  I am on the Fed. no call list.

tele a market eers are zombies people.   aim for the head.

Another annoying company that should not be in business.  Calls a few times a day costing my co. money! We are on the do not call list which seems to be useless also.

File a complaint with the FCC. http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.  I file one for EVERY unauthorized caller who calls any of my phone numbers (all on the Do Not Call lise) and it works.

I would like to report this number as scam.

Got a call from them -- work in a large hospital.  Today the rep said the company is "Access Local" (I think).

I have received a couple of calls from this number. First of all, they state that our business has been selected to be the feature business on Google. Then she asked to verify our information. They have an old address but I didn't give the new one because I was uncomfortable with giving them any information. She then asked for my name. I think I told her three times and spelled it twice. The woman could barely speak English, which is frustrating to begin with. Then, when I asked her what company she was calling from, she kept repeating her name (Selena Gomez) over and over. Then, I told her I didn't sign up for anything and I'm not interested in buying anything. She then told me she is with the Yellow Pages and again said that we were selected to be the feature business in our area for Google. I asked her "So, you are with the Yellow Pages?" She said, "Am I speaking to the owner or manager of the company?" I told her she is but that I wanted to know what she is selling. She then said, "Thank you have a nice day." and hung up. Very shady. Don't give them any info. I wasted more time on the phone with her than what was necessary.
