Lol. Its illegal to take good and services with out paying for them, dumb ass!! Doesn t matter what the internet says. Let me put it this way if some one walked nto your house and gave you a worthless piece of paper for your tv or your fridge, wouldn t you call that stealing??

- Bob| 9 repliesI would like to know when is a United States Passport NOT accepted as a legal document for identification? This company called today stating that they had proof that I had written 3 checks to a merchant and they have proof from a photo ID that I wrote them. If and that is a very big IF I had written them then I do not have a problem taking care of the issue. I Have absolute proof that I was out of the country during the time period the checks were supposedly written by the entry and exit visa stamps into my passport that clearly show I was not even in the United States! I would have been happy to have scanned in the pages providing the proof of the visa stamps in the country's. This Jim Hammer has the nerve to tell me that my passport is not an accepted document of my Identity and the country's that I was in. Lets get real here in this age of checking, double checking and even triple checking ID's coming in and departing from the United States, this is a document produced after verifying that A. I am a US citizen and B. It is from the United States Government and to say that it is not an accepted document. He then proceeded to hang up on me and when I called him back he stated we had nothing further to talk about and hung up again.

Some one with it was you or a family member walked into the store and removed goods and services with out paying !!! What would a [***] passport have to do with that??? They are your checks. Period end of the story. Grow up, grow a set, and get your [***] in order. By the way these are on your credit report too [***]. Enjoy.
- what a joke replies to sueing you| 6 repliesIf you can't spell, can't think, get a "job" as a collector and get paid to spew illiterate rants on the internet. Just like this clown LOL!
An 8-year old can write better than you. - sueing you replies to what a joke| 2 repliesYou know what's amazing, one we can easily subpeona your information from this website, two my spelling and grammer may suck, but your still a dead beat loser, and three this is all being monitored to be used against you in a court of law, in regards to theft and fraud. Last but not least its also on your credit report, which affects your loans, mortgages, car insurance....so please keep whineing. Keep refuseing to take responability. I honestly can t express how much judges enjoy people who suck off the public tit asking for a brake. Keep up the good work loser.
- sueing you replies to what a joke| 1 replyI love it when there's no reply, could it mean that I m correct? Could it mean that your all the cause of the current recession/depression? Could it be you all know deep down how shameful and sad you all are? It really is sad. Responsabilty in this country is at an all time low. Seriously check your credit report, check with your bank, you will see its all there in black and white.
- sueing you replies to sueing youMr. Sueing you (idiot). I have received the same call and you know what you are right, in one manner. I pulled my credit report, but guess what there is nothing !!! I called my bank and have been told that this is a continued scam from an online check cash advanced that used my account for fraudulent purposes. I had to close my account, as I did not request nor receive any type of cash advance. I have confirmation from the GA's office in my state as well as where the company is based out of. The company that originated this illegal activity against my account has been sued and found guilty. They tried to get me to pay a debt over the phone with no documentation for something I have never received by threatening me with to be served. I asked them for a fax # to provide all documentation in order to support my claim, which I received, but to little surprise, the fax would not go through. I have now had to file against the company personally. This has cost me $630 to date. I think if I had a bad debt, I would have paid it, instead of paying to fight it. So you need to realize Mr. Sueing You.. that your job as a debt collector, although most are legit, there are many out there that are theives and you would not believe all the customer's that have been scammed out of money they do not owe with this company. As for the courts recording all of our comments. I sure hope so... your comments and responses alone are a misrepresentation of your companies actions and would get my case dismissed. I am a 3rd year resident at a law firm and it is people like you that continue to take advantage of the weak or the innocent. Go get a prominent job somewhere, even McDonald's would be a more viable job than your current debt collector job. I stand for all of those being taken advantage of.

- Sueing You #2I have made my point as it is obvious that most people replying or reporting this number have no clue why they are being harrassed as they did not break the law but maybe responded to some illegal company advertising illegal money. Most people you will find on this site, probably were strapped for cash and replied to a cash advance of some type, but once received were sucked in by the fees and interest of these companies. In our law firm, we see it all the time. The problem is the customer received the cash advance with intentions to pay, considering the company issuing the money follows the receivers state laws in regards to cash advances. Every state has their own laws as to what interest can be charged, renewal of a cash advance or if it must be paid with no extentions and the fees it imposes are limited to a certain amount. These companies advertise and issue payment on these cash advance loans to customer's outside of their licensing state, which in itself is illegal. If you have to use these kinds of companies (cash advance) only do so in extreme emergencies and be able to pay the loan back within 2 weeks with minimal interest. Know your rights as a consumer and let the loser's that continue to reply on here about how stupid you are, keep their low life jobs. They are paid on preying on people like us, breaking the rules and not confirming what is actually owed, if any. They have a list of accounts that they are told to pursue, yet with no documentation of the actual debt. Good Luck.
