So about 4 days ago I started getting unsolicited calls from a series of numbers 201-256-5519, 877-654-3468, 210-535-7602, 877-450-6614, 646-338-8558, 276-206-9826, 646-420-9412, 877-792-0493, 650-556-4341, 877-711-5429, 310-600-5846, 818-216-9227, 702-354-1441, 866-922-9526, 949-302-1494, 217-862-4276, 866-605-9160, 661-310-2107, 317-755-4077 these are calls and m-spam (mobile text spam) unsolicited and unwanted. I tracked down one company so far: cashgiftstoyou.com registered to Bruce S. Holden, 503 Best Ave, Dekalb, Ill 60115, his email is brucesholden@yahoo.com and his direct # is #815-349-6709 he said he purchase this list from a legitimate company Leadnetpro.com owned by click marketing Inc. admin@leadnetpro.com, 1944 Catalina Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125, #612-605-8640 or ECS Consulting Inc. Registered to Philip & Elizabeth Sotomayor, gateway@linkpt.net, (904) 781-1815 1410 Falkirk Ct, Jacksonville, FL 32221-2818

I have received several calls from this number as well as others....some for free gas...some for free shopping, and earn $100 a day undercover shoppers.

I would like to have these calls stopped.

"Shoppers: Make $100/day! Undercover shoppers needed to judge retail & dining establishments! No experience required. Call 1-877-450-6614."

What's being touted in these text messages is totally a scam.  Don't sign up for it - they'll simply rob you.

However, there are legitimate Mystery Shopping companies, if you're interested in that sort of thing.  For example, see these websites...

I am receiving unwanted text messages from this number and several others. Not sure how they are getting my cell number, I do not give it out or call people I do not know.  I am on the NO Call list but are still receiving text messages and I have limited text.  I only use my text for my family members.

Below is paraphrased.
They wanted my name & zip code, said they wouldn't give out info about themselves without my info,  and that it was like applying for a job - you give your info.
I said - one investigates a company before applying for a job with them.  
They said "No deal".  They should investigate themselves...and their rude personnel.

I received the same msg about "undercover shopping." I called the number and told them I'm on the Do Not Call List and to NOT text me again. She said, "We didn't call you. You just called us." I called her a smart-a$$ and told her DO NOT TEXT ME AGAIN!

texted me at midnight via a Georgia cell phone number- their phone number was listed down in advertisement. I am on the don't call list. Had to dig up web address and then text them not to text me- at a cost of thirty cents- stupid! I do not have free texting.

I also called and asked for text to be stopped.  No luck.  Got a second text a week later.  Called Shoppers Systems Customer Service at 800-880-2754.  Got a nice offshore gentlemen to fumble through a request to halt junk texting.  Filed on FCC Do Not Call complaint site.

Just got another call today....to add to the list.... This is a Scam for sure. I called the FCC (1-888-225-5322) reported calls.  If enough of us complain to the FCC maybe they will get the message. If the FCC catches up with them it will be a $11,000 fine. Hope they catch them. When you call the FCC, instead of trying to get through the maize, just hit the 0 for operator.  How about all of us calling all the 877  numbers they are using and tying up their phone lines. All these numbers are connected to the same scam.  I called and threatened to tie up their phone lines and they hung up on me 4 times and I just kept calling.  Make sure you  block your number when calling.

I got a text message from 928-458-6750 with a call to number of 877-450-6614.  My phone has been on the do not call list for ~3 years.  (Likely longer.)  I called the number to complain and was told "We did not call you - a text is not a call"  I would suggest that everyone reaching this talk to your congress(wo)man and complain.

I have called them FIVE times and demanded that they stop. Finally told them that the next text I received I would immediately send them a bill for $1,000. That stopped it.

I did not text back as when i spoke to ATT about this junk I get charged for every text INCOMING and OUTGOING.  What a deal...

Just got the txt message offering to earn $100 a day. Undercover shoppers needed. Call 877 450-6614. Reply stop to end. I am not replying to anything. What I am going to do is call my cellphone provider and lodge a complaint.

800NOTES.COM.  HAS A NUMEROUS LIST OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT 435-256-6654, SAYING THAT THEY GOT A 24-HOUR BANKING RECORDED MESSAGE TRYING TO RECEIVE THEIR BANK CARD NUMBERS AND OTHER INFORMATION TO STEAL THEIR IDENTITY AND THEIR MONEY.  THIS IS THE SAME INFORMATION THAT THIS ACHIEVE IS NOW ASKING FOR THROUGH A MULTITUDE OF DIFFERENT ACCESSES!
800NOTES.COM.  HAS A NUMEROUS LIST OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT 877-830-6774, SAYING THAT THEY ARE OFFERING DIFFERENT REWARD AMOUNTS FOR DIFFERENT PLACES IF YOU ONLY GIVE THEM YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFO TO COVER THE SHIPPING CHARGES!  THEY ARE ALSO COMPLAINING OF BEING CONSTANTLY HARASSED!
THE ACHEIVE ACCOUNTS AND THE ZZZ ACCOUNTS SEEM TO BE EVERY OTHER TEXT AND STARTED AT THE SAME TIME, SO I ASSUME THAT THEY ARE ALL CONNECTED!  AS WELL AS THE FACT THAT THESE REPLY NUMBERS FROM BOTH PLACES CONSTANTLY CHANGE AND HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH TRYING TO GET A PERSONS BANK OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS!  
I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SPAM TEXT BEFORE THIS!  THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!  SHUT THEM DOWN BY REPORTING THEM TO FTC!
