The spelling of the company is Hearsche Kemp, LLC, and they are in Buffalo.  You can write them a certified letter and they cannot bother you anymore.  Their address is:  11 Summer Street, Buffalo, NY  14209; phone number (716) 332-2956.  They are despicable.

Received a call from 1-877-455-5001 on 6/6/11 re: "bank transaction."  Message left. Called them back left holding for 4 minutes, then when a female answered she was unable to answer any of my questions and said they had called a wrong number.  The announcers all had what might be a British accent but then again may be some other accent.   Considering other comments, sounds like it may be some kind of telephone scam job.  Watch your phone bill for strange calls!

I received a voicemail message from this number on 6/5/11, stating that they were investigating a bank transaction that I had made.  I bank with Wells Fargo and Bank of America, and after contacting both banks, both have told me that they are not represented by this place.  SCAM!!!  I will not even waste the time to call them back.

Got the same Message as Jack on 6/6 and again on 6/9 from 1-877-455-5001.  This message was for my son who hasn't lived here in years.  Decided to do a search and came up with this info from everyone else.

A question for "Jack" ~ What makes you think there can be strange calls on our phone bill, boy I sure hope not ??

Please Keep Us Posted if anyone finds out anymore info about this.  If people are getting these calls and they don't owe any money then it's got to be some kind of Scam.  Why do People do this ??

i was contacted by this number 877 455 5001 and i called thm back i spoke wit a man named anthony he informed me that i was going to jail for an unpaid payday loan and provided me with a wa state code that dit even exist i had told hm that i would look into some stuff and call him back cause he didnt make any sese so i looked up on the computer even if i was to have taken out  a payday loan under a federal act they cannot criminally persure you so i called back to inform them of this and i got someone ele that stated a totally different amt ant different company then said that a cop was in front of my house and i was going to jail for an unpaid loan that was taken out over the phone but the first guy i talked to stated that i walked into a place that i have never even heard of in a city i never heard of and said that i got a loan that way this place is a scam trying to get people to think they have a debt out there and get money out of people by scaring the crap out of them this is wrong and should be illegal

This law firm has called me today saying that I owe for a payday loan that I did not take out. THe information of the supposed loan was false because the names of the companies that they say I owe, one doesn't exist and the other doesn't service my state of Nebraska. When i asked for the number of the company that hired them to prosecute me, they hung up.

received a call about some transaction.  i called back and was trasfferred to a guy name david who told me that i owe money for some pay day loan they said i took out years ago.  don't remember taking out this loan told him i have always paid everything back.  he said well obviouly i didn't.  i told him he needs to quit harrassing me, (this was not the first time they tried to call me) , and hung up.  he called back and said the warrent is in the mail and hung up on me.  this company is a fraud.

Received severalcalls from this company.  Have given them my statement that they have requested and yet they continue to call.  I told them yesterday to stop calling and harassing me until they produce me with a copy of the bill that I owe for.  They told me that they are filing legal court papers against me.  OOH such big talk for a bunch of wienies that have threatened this several times over 6 months.

They have helped me trememdously at no cost to me.  I am turning them loose on this Hirsch & Kemp company on my beholf.

Well I made one mistake in NR instead of NY and now I see they may have given me incomrrect info over the phone - spelling their name a different way twice in the past 30 minutes.

Telling me that I have ignored a legal matter and that further court and legal action will be taken against me.  I have been scammed before and will not fall for it again - please make this stop!

this is ignorant considering the way the economy is now it is just plain pathetic the way people use other people nowadays like their not even human i hope this place goes at the end of 2012 we deserve it anyway

This business has been calling and threatening legal action.  I ask for them to send paperwork to give to my attorney but they said they could not send anything.  After one year im waiting for warrant for arrest.

Got a recorded message from these people twice today. Thing is that the recorded message was for a coworker that I haven't seen in a few years since I had moved to another state.

I too have been waiting for a warrant, only it has been about 4 years since they first threatend me.  They claim that I took out a payday loan and I never paid it back.  I asked them for proof of this debt and they sent me a demand letter on their letter head (crappy letter head at that) that basically just reiterated their threatening phone calls.  That is not proof of debt, so I called [***].  They still call me all the time but I just ignore them because it is a waste of my time.

Received a phone call on 05/11/12 and left a message to say call them back as they were investigating a bank transaction which I had made  and to call the back to speak to one of their representatives about this
matter and gave me a transaction number to refer to.
I'm pretty sure this is some type of scam and wish to god they would just leave me alone!!!!!

Do you think they could help me, I live in Wisconsin.
