- SD| 1 replyThis company called me about a debt that they said I owed from 20 years ago. They said I would be prosecuted if I didn't if I don't pay it. They said I owed almost $10,000 and was willing to settle the debt for $2,500.

- BigA replies to SD20 years? That certainly is past SOL. No one gets prosecuted because they owe money.

I just start speaking in Croatian to them and then sit back and get a laugh out of hearing them switch a couple of times between English and Spanish before getting all flustered and just hanging up. It puts some comic relief into my day.

- Jacked| 3 repliesThis number is now for USI Solutions Inc. They are a scamming collection agency. They steal their clients money by not remitting and under reporting. Their office is at 408 Mill Street Bristol PA 19007. www.usisolutionsinc.com They used to go by the name of Oxford Law, LLC. with a number of 267-603-4059. Larry Weil is the owner. Larry Dawson is his marketing / fleecing manager. Do yourself a favor and skip paying these guys and call the issuer to pay your bill. Your money will never be accounted for else wise.

- Steven| 1 replyCalling and harassing my wife. Looks like they used to be named Oxford Law, and there is a seemingly long list of court cases against them. Been dealing with scammers for two years now on a "payday" loan I took out. But every time someone new calls me, the date that I did this "loan" changes. Have always asked for proof, then court and jail time is threatened. This is the newest group in a long line of collectors that will not mail me any certified information about my "debt". They all claim to be 3rd party mediators that are not bound by debt collection practices. The voicemail says to return the call to 877-455-5001, but the caller ID shows 267 414 0092.

- Found themCompany is a scum collector that buys old out of statute debt they can't legally collect on. Owners are Larry and Mary Weil, currently of Trenton, NJ. Seems Mary is a realtor with Keller Williams, I wonder if her company knows her name is listed as principal for at least another dozen fictitious debt collection companies.
Larry and Mary were formerly associated with Oxford Law and APM Financial -- both were sanctioned and stripped of their rights.
I won't post their home address but you can easily find it. If you ask me law enforcement should be banging on their door.
Don't pay them a dime. They are illegitimate.- Call type: Debt collector
- MonicaThey have called me from this same number 877 455 5001 demanding that I owe them $11k and I received a letter by USI Solutions claiming that I owe this large amount of money from a previous credit card company that was SOLD so many times since 2007 and now its 2017. Uncertain how to handle this caller so any advice would be great.

- Monica replies to Jacked| 2 repliesI just received a letter from this same company and saying that the current creditor Primary Data Recovery has placed this account for collection which the account was charged off in 2007 plus I contacted the credit card company and I owe nothing to them but this account has been SOLD so many times to too many companies and now they are claiming to have it in their possession. There is no number for Primary Data Recovery or I would contact them myself. Any suggestions?
- Monica replies to StevenI received the same harassing phone calls from these people demanding that I need to call them right away or legal actions would be taken upon me. I have not called them back but waiting to hear back from my attorney. I have looking at things on the internet and found so many people saying don't call them and don't send any money or talk to them. I have received a letter from them showing the same numbers that you have in your message.
- Alfalfa replies to MonicaTell them to go pound sand. The SOL on this debt has long since expired---and regardless of how many times it has been sold.
- BigA replies to MonicaThe law says that they have to prove that you owe the debt, and that they have the legal right to collect on it. You don't have to do anything but send them a debt validation letter, after you receive the dunning letter they are required to send you within 5 days of their first message or when they first talked to you.
- NicoleNone just call 50 times a day and leave no message.
- RedneckGravyAlso receiving calls from them, first claimed it was a Mastercard then changed to a payday loan. I have never had a payday loan, NEVER. I told them to stop calling as they must have the wrong person. They can verify ss# but not date of birth, I suggested identity theft but no they insisted they knew it was me. Ha,ha! that's a good one

- JackI recently pulled my credit report to make sure everything looked as OK as possible. I discovered two small medical bills in collection that I don't remember, but I tracked them down and paid them off. I think this triggers some kind of alarm for these companies that buy very old debt, or are outright illegitimate debt collectors. A month after I repaired my credit report, I started getting very aggressive and intimidating calls from this company. No one can be arrested for a debt. They are trying to scare people into paying them for either a very old debt that is no longer collectible, or a debt they may not even owe. By law, they have to provide you with a letter that spells out everything about the original debt and contact information for the collection agency. My advice is to ignore the calls, or block them, until they get tired and give up. They have no legal way to collect and that is why they use these intimidating tactics.
