If you are like me and just can not pay at this time, ok, but, don't get mad at your creditors for hounding you for what is rightfully theirs. I feel very badly about my debt situation right now, and, I don't mind when they call, I just don't answer because you can not talk to these people, they want their money.

Well, the problem is there pardner that this outfit is a shady as they come. They have been calling me from different numbers. I told them to send me the letter they are supposed to send and they never did. So thanks to the information WolfmanJack provided, I sent them a debt validation letter. They signed for it and still kept calling. So I went to a lawyer and sued them. The information they sent the lawyer proves it isn't me and and isn't my debt. But the fools still keep calling me even though they know I have a lawyer and that I don't owe a penny. My lawyer says he is going to get a really big settlement out of these clowns. So you can sing their praises all you want, pay them, answer their calls, put up with the scum calling everyday, but I know better. Thanks for people like WolfmanJack that help people like me.

800Notes is not a messaging service. 800Notes does not send alerts to your callers when you post here, a bulletin board style of website with public access. You must direct your demands to the sources of your unwanted calls.

So don't get mad at your alleged debtors for sounding off at you for your wrongful bully tactics. I don't feel badly about any debt situation because it's never once collected the right way now. I do mind when agents call for no good reason, and I answer them, and record what they say. Then I sue them, because you cannot talk to these people. They want my money and will take any illegal shortcut to get it.

My father keeps getting these calls. It is a recorded message. My father owes no one.
