get calls,  see that it's a collection agency,  I don't have anything in for collection, nor does any of my accts have my cell number,  I just delete it,  it's scam calls.. they want your information so they can file a bogus claim and take money not due

These people call 4 or 5 times a day 7 days a week. O one is ever on the other end.  I don't owe anyone any money so I have no idea why they keep calling.

They used call 3 to 4 times a day, I keep saying no english  and now they have stopped

These people call constantly from early morning till 11at night, but there is never anyone on the other end.  They've been annoying me for a year. I've even reported them several times to no avail.  So I turned the ringer off on my phone and everyone needs to talk to my answering machine.  But they keep calling.   Must be a machine doing the calling.

calls cell number numerous times a day and at late as 9 pm. never leave a message.  tried to call back once never got an answer do not have ability to add to black list on phone or would do that.

They say nothing and they do not leave a message.

Bob posted here almost 4 years ago.  Doubt he will be back to answer your question.  They use robodialers to call people.  Most likely by the time you pick up there is no one available to connect to.  This is illegal of course, but this outfit is well known for violating the law.
You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which i have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.

All in all this seems extremely suspect, having so many business names, and so many violations of the FDCPA.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

No one there when I answer it calls several times a day and never leave a message.

OK, I get calls from them every day. No message,and they call while I am at work so I can't pick up. I have a Chase card too, but is totally caught up, never late.  Ticks me off.

After reading this I'm furious  I do have a chase credit card and got behind one month totally by mistake.  I recently closed this card and I am paying off the Balance ONE TIME  now that I know who these people are i'm going to the Consumer Credit Bureau, and my State Attorneys  office and RAISE HELL !!   They are calling 2-3 times a day I've given them proof of payment and I AM  threatening every caller.  THIS WILL STOP!!!!    THEIR ASS IS GOING TO COURT FOR HARASSMENT !!!!!    Everyone who is harassed by these people need to do the same.  It's with your piece of mind.

Calls multiple times a day, and always very early. Leaves blank voice-mail. Occasionally I'll pick up and it takes a awhile before anyone says hello and then they sound very confused.  At this point I'm too annoyed and hang up on them
