hello I was wandering if these guys ever gave you summon or court order papers? They are doing the same thing to me. In trying to figure out if they Are scammers

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

One person calls and then as soon as that call goes to voice mail, another person calls from the same place - Global One Fraud department. I don't even own anyone anything. AND, they call my ex-husband and his parents. Now that is something I can really do without! I am reporting them. Hopefully, everyone else will too and maybe they will be stopped from harrassing us.

I got a call from Kevin carmicheal asking for someone other than myself about fraud charges. We've gotten repeat phone calls. The guy gives docket information and a different number to call regarding the fraud charges.

I got the same call and they gave me a docket number but when I enter that docket number into my local court system nothing comes up in thiercourt system I believe it's a scam!

these people "global one" keep harrasing me now they got a "saint louis county locating place" calling me. and its pissing me off. the locating place said they have a number so i said i want it well when i called it i wasnt expecting global one so when they said there name i chuckled and told them they need to leave me alone and the dude called me delusional and then hung up. i want these people arrested or something i want them to stop harrassing me!

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

•is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
•refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
•asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
•exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

•Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

•Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.

•Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

•Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

•Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

These people global arbitration have been calling me about a loan taken out from ace cash express and stated if I didn't pay they would file charges in my county and also charger with theft. I called them back and they put me on hold to contact miss Lucas to see if they would accept the offer. They took my address to mail me papers and said they would email me but I haven't gotten anything and they want a payment to hold my acct or I would be served. Is this real or a scam someone please answer if they have been served with papers or any legal actions taken against them in tired of this

this people been itimidate me for a while now they even said i got a court order which i know thats false

Don't worry. They said they were going to serve me paper 2 times. I was home during those times and never recieved anything! They are just trying to scare you into paying. Supposedly they had court order Docket numbers, but I checked with my court and they have nothing pending against me. They are liars. Hope this helps

I got a message today from a Adam Hawkins saying he is from the Department of Fraud Investigation at Global One Arbitration.  I strongly believe this is a scam and I wanted to warn others to be aware of Adam Hawkins from department of fraud investigation at global one arbitration..866-364-7828.  Ignore his calls and don't respond!!  

Just received a call at work. They have been asked not to call the work place which I know after being told that is illegal. They are now saying they are Outsource Carrier Service. So new name same people. If anyone receives calls report it to Attorney General and Better Business. Not that it does any good.

Yeah this number has called me yet again and won't stop. I contacted the police and let them know I want to file harraasment chArges. The guy said his name waso Trevor oneil and gave me this number to call back. he called from a number that was local to my area code. I am so mad. Then they continued to harass me even after I let them know I contracted my attorney and the police.

I have received several calls from this company
Family energy  www.yourfamilyenergy.com per a representative during a recorded call. Selling natural gas and electric. I have requested to put me on the company DNC list over and over again. I get calls from many number all starting the exact same way.

Trying to get information about my electric and gas bill information

They know my name and say they want to reduce my gas bill.

A male called without introducing himself or his business and asked to speak with the head of the household regarding the PGE bill. I took down a msg and asked if he was from PGE and he stated he’s calling from SFE gas who “supplies PGE.”

The caller wanted to talk about  a bankruptcy claim from pge.  Before hanging up, the pge account number was given.

Alternate to PG&E gas plan. Gas provided for 39.95 per month for 3 years.

Received a call from (877) 503 - 6374 claiming that it was a follow up call about a notice SFE-something Energy has sent us and we qualified to lock in a PG&E rate. I looked them up and turns out they are scammers based in Canada. They always ask for your PG&E bill and then sign you into a contract which ends up being more expensive and difficult to get out of, some people ended up having to pay $300 to get out of the contract. Don’t give them any information !
