Not sure where you got your info from? I checked their  website http://www.inkasgroup.com/about.php?id=9 says they have been in business since 1996, but you can be in business with out being incorporated cant you? Pretty sure you can since it costs money to incorporate and I believe your business has to have so much in the bank. At least you did some research on the business before writing anything down.
As for the rest of you, rude bunch of people aren't you. Now I don't pretend to like telemarketing calls any more then the rest of you, but having done it while working my way through university I understand where they are coming from. From what I've read from the comments here while researching the call I just received from them; I can honestly say that if they were rude to you then you probably deserved. It most of you tend to forget there is an actual human on the other end of the phone trying to do a job, maybe not one worth doing in your opinion, but a job none the less. Try walking a mile in their shoes before being rude to or insulting them.
Now I did not mean to write so much, and I defiantly feel more could be said on the matter, but I will finish by saying I thought Canadians were the polite ones in North America you all sound like a bunch of redneck trailer living Americans laughing at the homeless cause you got more then they do. For shame

is there a contest in the boiler room for who can make the most fake posts on 800notes? Are you winning? Do you get extra points for misspelling common English words?

Attn: Moron Telemarketer, being incorporated means you are a legitimate business.  It has nothing to do with having "so much in the bank".  It means you have legal liability and info such as who owns it are public information.

What a low life way to make a buck.

If any businesses are looking at these fly-by-night credit card processors, read the fine print about how long you are commited to them.  Most are 5 years and if your volume drops a bit, you agree to pay them the full amount for 5 years.  One of the most underhanded business methods I have seen out there.

I tracked down Inkas Merchant services in Toronto and Montreal...contacted both offices (got their number from website) and told them I am on a no call list and that if they called me again I would take action.  They seemed to get it...although they tried to blame it on the "computer" that is calling me.  I suggest call their 1-800 number and tell them to stop!!!

If Jerry worked for 7-11 he wouldn't have to pretend online that Inkas is a reputable company. Businesses who call people despite DNC lists, mostly just to hang up on them, sure isn't one I'd want to deal with. To call Canadians rude for not happlily tolerating these annoyances is absurd.

Attn: Moron WillyB, Incorporation has nothing to do with legality. It has to do with Separation of Legal Entity the Reduction of Liability, and Lower Tax Rates to name but a few of the benefits. Many legal business operate for years before deciding to become incorporated and some never take that step due to the hassles involved in the process of registering for incorporation. If your going to hurl names about moronic posts at least be able to do so in a manner that does not point out your own limitations.

I see no mention of Jerry stating he worked for 7-11

It was also Steve that pointed out the rudeness found, not in Canada but in the majority of those who post on this site. I can see how you got confused though, he did mention he thought Canadiens were the polite ones, then he pointed out how rude the people on the site were, and compared them to Americans.

thAs for the DNCL that you are ranting about it states "If you are a consumer you can choose to reduce the number of telemarketing calls you receive by registering  your residential, wireless, fax or VoIP telephone number on the National DNCL". as shown at https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-en
It goes on further in the  FAQ to say  "You can register any or all of your Canadian telephone numbers on the National DNCL. The number can be associated with a home phone (i.e., wireline) service, cell phone or wireless (i.e., mobile or satellite) service, VoIP service, or a fax machine." I did not see any place for a business to register for the National DNCL, it does say that a business  may request to be placed on the telemarketers personal DNCL and that the Telemarketing firm has 30 days to comply, it also explains how companies may be placed back on the call list and how long they must be kept on the DNCL but nothing about a company or business being able to register for the National DNCL.

Funny, now that I've pointed out the mistakes made by ranting morons who can't take the time to perform a Google search before opening their mouths on  800notes.com I will probably be labeled a telemarketer as well. Ah the downside of being conversant with the tools of the internet.

Not that it matters but I am not a telemarketer.

    Annoyed Business
They're auto dialer doesn't even work. I answer my phone, wait, and wait, and wait for the message to connect, and then I hang up. Really tired of getting these dead calls from these guys. And even if they are legit, they use the same slimy tactics as all the other SCAM companies out there (We get phone calls from companies on a weekly basis, all with a different name, all with the same sales pitch and scam tactics).

The legitimacy of the company isn't the issue. The issue is annoying calls to people who've listed themselves on the DNC list.

The manager of INKAS referred us to 1-877-382-4852 to file a complaint about their phone system. Tired of getting harassed, call them too!

    Ranting Moron replies to RandyR
I mean if Jerry worked at an honest job (such as for 7-11) he would be paid for providing a valuable service to people who actually want to deal with him. But instead, he works for this boiler-room call center where he gets paid to annoy people trying to offer a service few want, let alone want to hear about. Ah, the downside of being conversant with the tools of the internet.

I also am on a DNC list and they still call frequently.

It's time CTRC steps in and backs up the laws this company is breaking.

let's find the phone number of the manager and see if he likes being harassed all the time!!!!!

Steve - here's the website that has the incorporation data.
    http://www.corporations.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/cd-dgc.nsf/eng/cs04570.html
Here's the information related to their incorporation:
754163-5      INKAS PAYMENTS CORP.      ON      2010-05-03

Information from their website is useless - Anyone can put what they want on their own website.  The manner which this company uses telemarketing plus the inconsistency of their supposed years in business vs. data retrieved from a government of Canada website does not necessarily prove that this is a shady operation, but it indicates that further, careful research should be done before considering doing business with them, especially for something as sensitive as payment processing.   I suppose I could do further research into this, but I put telemarketers in the same bin as the Nigerian princes who want to make me rich by helping them.

For people that actually are looking at payment processing, you're better off asking other shop owners about their experiences with their payment processors.   Read carefully the other messages here, and ask yourself "Do I really want to deal with people like this?"

Identified themselves as Inkas Payments.  Told me that they "already represented us" and that they were the company dealing with our point of sale debit terminal.  The operator kept asking if I had noticed a decrease in my bank charges.  I did not provide any information but instead I called my bank to confirm Inkas' claim and was told that Inkas has NOTHING TO DO with my merchant services (the bank had never even heard of Inkas).  I'm frustrated with people legitimately trying to get me to use their services but I'm livid at the fact that they appear to be attempting to impersonate my merchant service provider in an attempt to get information (and my business...or just all the money in our account?).  Not cool, Inkas. Not cool at all.
