Received several calls from this number and when we answer there is no one there. That is most annoying! If it is a telemarketer I'd prefer to refuse rather than having dead air on the line. That's just creepy.

They called me 7 times on my cell and no voice. It costs me $0.35 per call.

I wish I had know about these idiots before....I was stupid enough to sigh a contract with them and I am so regreting it....never had so much problems with a debit machine like I have with them....and when you call them for help you can never get through to them and when you do and tell them that I'm having problems with there machine that I pay for every month and would like a replacement machine they want money to send out another one.....what a crock of [***].....I should have never switch from T.D. Bank as i've never had as many problems and when I did they always took care of us.....had a chip terminal with t.d. and still a year later with inkas don't have a chip terminal.....even though they promised it would come a month after i got the terminal.....Please everyone BEWARE....I do not recomend this company to anyone....

You'll never get to talk to anyone.....you always have to leave a message and no one ever returns your calls....I know first hand as I was suckered into a contract with them....and regret it sooooo much

I have been  using this company for over a year now.  I have had more than enough crap with them.  Yes the rates are good but if you count the missing deposits that you can not get back they more than make up for the money they discount.  Never mind service, when my POS would not work they had enough nerve to ask if "I was stupid".  I have been trying to contact them for three months now they keep telling me that I need a warm transfer and then I get voice mail.  I have called and left messages now for two monthes five days a week I would like to tell them what the can do with that transfer. When I asked to be transfered to the manager a man answered when I asked if he was the manager he said hold and guess what I got voice mail!!! To make a long story short I pulled the plug on them today so lets see if they even notice.  Before you all beat me up if I have spelling mistakes ect.  I am educated and have had a very sucessfull business for over 12yrs.

877 doesn't appear to be a valid international number. (011 is international prefix).

Caller hung up after 4 secs when they hit voice mail.

WillyB....really, what do you do for work. telemarketing is just a job and often they work for more then one company. and no i am not using capitals for this post. who cares. let them do their jobs...at least their working. and if you don't ask the questions before you sign then you know you have to pay the price...or you should.  there are a lot of useless companies out there but do your homework and make your own decision.  Steve, good job. We don't all have great job options so there are people who have to take telemarketing jobs, feel bad for them because most people don't want to talk to them and start yelling and cursing as soon as they pick up the phone. and there are bad apples in every line of work. yes i have talked to these people and they have always been polite but i am sure there are some out there who are not.  i have my own business and i want to know if someone can save me money especially with these machines as they are a necessary evil and i keep looking for a good one. just do your research

When I went to the site you listed (www.inkas.ca) all I saw was a bunch of stuff about armoured safes & vehicles.

I did my own Google search for "inkas payments" and instead found the following website:  http://www.inkasatm.com  It seems more relevant.

When I click on the "Contact Us" links - NOTHING comes up.  I find that the website seems to be only "half baked" - several of their pages come up completely blank.  They do claim to be part of the "INKAS Group of Companies".

Seems like a total scam to me.  I've been getting calls for weeks from different "xyz Payments" services; this is just the most recent one.  The others:  Access Payments, Axxess Payments...

Bullschit.  The are supposed to FILTER the calls they make based on the CRTC's Do Not Call List.  If they cannot control who their dialer calls, they're INCOMPETENT.  More likely, they just don't give a SCHIT and call anybody & everybody because they're scammers.

I have also been received this hang up call, if you are losing money because of the calls from interuption in your business to charges on your phone yes there is recourse before the courts.

I do not appreciate that I have been unable to locate a number to their corporate officers in anyway to ensure they remove me as I am on the no call list which they must comply with.

Called and then disconnected....I did not call back and this is the first they have called me.

Candace from Inkas called yet again. They've been told repeatedly that we don't accept cold calls regarding any unsolicited financial services yet they insist on calling every couple of weeks. Furthermore they are incredibly aggressive and rude. Any company who thinks that kind of sales tactic is acceptable is permanently on my black list regardless of who they are or what they do.

...as per article 4 of the CRTC's regulations on telemarketing, a telemarketer is forbidden to use Automatic Dialing-Announcing Devices (a computer that dials your number and gives you a pre-recorded message when you pick up).

And also warn them that as per article 3, if you request to not be contacted by them in ANY way, they must place your number on an internal do not call list for a period no shorter than 3 years and 31 days. Meaning that if they contact you in the next three years, report them to CRTC

These people are at it again calling an Ottawa number today -- I wished we could get rid of these people who bother us in this way.

You don't have the right to call private people who are on do not call lists. And to blame the computer is the most stupid response I ever heard. There are people who operate this superintelligent idiots. But when there idiots who are progamming, feeding and operating it, nothing else but b....sh.. happens.
