Maybe they have some bad files i dont believe that is there fault but im guessing whoever sent it over.. as for me i set the payment arrangement up because it was a debt that was past due and they were very helpful.. they also are not located in georgia..i thoroughly checked this business before setting anything up

Called my home and cell multiple times daily for past four days. They say they are trying to "trace" my whereabouts and plan to call anyone associated with me to find me. They also call from 877-492-1395 with the same BS message.

Well no problem then.  Please tell us everything you found out about this company.  Then we can check it out.  Nothing personally identifiable there, and if this company is on the up-and-up as you say, they will be getting some free publicity.

T, YOU don't need to verify your debt, THEY do. If someone tells you that you owe a debt, THEY have to prove it by sending you a verification of debt by US Mail. Not email, not phone, not fax. Don't just automatically pay someone who claims you owe money.
