!!! This is fraud. - MA.GREEDthey send a letter 2010 Mortgage relife advisory.... loan modification plan .... has a logo saying HOMEOWNERS ADVOCATE COUNCIL.... THEN ... THE EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY logo.. looks as if it came or has something to do with the government.. BUT NO ... nothing at all to do with our government.. it reads this service has not been approved or endorsed by any government agency at all. BUT they do want yourmoney up front to work with your lender. what they send you looks great if they could do as they say they can ,, so forget them that sent you this, and call your own lender and give them the reduced payment plan, and see what your lender can do about it , or call HOPE.,for homeowners and run it by them... but DO NOT CALL THOSE THAT SENT YOU THIS NOTICE, IT IS A SCAM , OR YOU CAN SEND ME SOME MONEY AND I WILL CALL THEM.

- Helped Homeowner| 9 repliesI received a call from this number, and upon looking at it, I was like a lot of the comments here, I thought it was a scam. I was like $3500 to save my home?? That sounds like the rest of the companies out there that charge fees and don't produce results. I know that a member of my family went to a company here in Utah and they got taken for the $2000 they spent and still lost their home in foreclosure, and the company closed down and they haven't been able to get their money back. So I figured this place was the same. However after talking to the sales guy over the phone, there was something about what he said that peaked my curiousity. The no obligation free consultation was also another thing that got me to make an appointment with them. I thought I would just be talking to another sales guy for that appointment, but I actually spoke to one other their attorneys. His name was John, and he was so passionate about helping my family and saving our house, I've never seen or heard anything like it. The fee isn't up front. They take payment options, and they really work with you on that. Plus they get to work BEFORE I make any payments to them at all. Which really shocked me. Long story short, they helped me tremendously. I was facing foreclosure, and I am now in a modification with my mortgage company and I saved a few hundred per month and have a lower interest rate. I had originally tried to do this without help, but my mortgage company said I didn't qualify. But CC Brown Law got me the modification I "didn't qualify" for. I have to say, don't knock what you haven't tried. These guys were great!

- S.A.C replies to Helped Homeowner| 7 repliesJust a warning guys, this posting smells like fakeosphere. Fakeosphere is when people associated with a company go on a site a post positive things to counteract the negative. Usually complete BS, but the best way to know for sure is do your homework before handing people your money! Most of these company are charging you money for something you should be able to do yourself. You do not need a middle man to negotiate terms for you. The bank rather deal with you anyway, as you are the one with the relationship.
- Alice a| 3 repliesThey got my family a savings a 450 dollar from
citi bank. Before I hired mr brown attorney, I had dealt with the bank for sixmonths on my own. The bank lied to me and lost my paperwork after 4 times sending the same document. I understand why the attorney generals in many states are suing the banks for illegal Foreclosures and robo signing... I am so glad I. Hired them, I am here to let all of you out there to not trust the banks just read the news. Mr brown did truly help us. Ali and don- Caller: 8775296756
- anonymous replies to Alice a| 2 repliesThis may be a fake positive scammer post. If they want an advance fee as reported by previous posters, it's probably a scam regardless of what they promise.
