called my phone but the messages is referring to my mother stating they are following up on civil claim currently in a pending status that was sent to her home address attached to her name and ss#. the caller name was nicole hess

Yes a lady left a message stating I was sent a 30fay notice  as if it was for an eviction or something. And I need to call to see what's the next step that her client will be proceeding to in the courts. Stating it's a legal matter

She left me a message that didn't make since . Smh

I have received several calls from Stephen Castle with the Firm Meyers Wentworth Associates stating that their services have been retained to preside over upcoming arbitration proceeding that is set to commence again me in small claims jurisdiction through Adam's County. Unfortunately I failed to respond to the initial correspondence sent to my address in Aurora. He indicated that the client has designated Tuesday the 25th of February for fling of the affidavit. His contact number is 877-557-9539 ext 402.

Got a call actually two voicemails from a Matthew Lawson. He said the same thing about an account, that I have no knowledge of, and that they were going to file documents at the courthouse in my county. AND  he had the f'ing nerve to call my elderly mother's phone number too to get hold of me. Needless to say I did call him back and left a very profanity laced message!!

Keep getting phone calls from this Matthew Lawson, saying I owe for some account that I supposedly defaulted on from a couple years ago. Don't have a clue what he's taking about and I certainly do not owe for this account.  And that f***er had the f***ing nerve to find a phone number for my elderly mother and he called her. I am planning to go full force after this sucker.
